Guardian Childcare & Education Sunnybank

(Formerly Jacaranda)

Guardian Childcare & Education Sunnybank is a convenient choice for local families seeking high quality care and education for children aged six weeks to six years. The recently renovated outdoor space is a highlight of the light-filled and warm Centre, which also boasts a herb and vegetable gardens, Australian Native stingless bees, a wooden fort, water pump and natural play structures.

The team of professionally-certified early childhood Educators and Teachers deliver an advanced play-based curriculum, as well as a leading Kindergarten Program to help prepare your child for the exciting transition to school.

At Guardian Sunnybank, children get out and about on regular excursions into the local community. They visit various local attractions such as Sunnybank Hills Tricare to partake in an inter-generational playgroup which is a delight for everyone involved. The children also love visiting the local shopping Centre, cafes and the library.

With a community-minded team of Educators who have been with the Centre for a long time, at Guardian Sunnybank we’re proud to have a culturally diverse team and celebrate a variety of cultures and holidays throughout the year.

Our dedicated cook prepares nutritious and delicious meals on site, every day. The children and Educators enjoy venturing into the Centre gardens to harvest ingredients for the meals and to be used in cooking classes.
