We’ve sent our 16 month old to Guardian Homebush since he was 9 months old, and the only regret we have is that we didn’t start sooner! Mama Jin and Hannah have been an absolute delight, and helped our baby adjust to the new environment in a thoughtful and gentle manner. I love the photos they upload every day- the activities and play throughout the day seem so well planned and the kids look so happy. We’ve recently increased our days due to how happy our bub is, and are so grateful that we have such a warm and loving environment for him to call his second home. Hannah was even one of his first words! Thank you thank you thank you Mama Jin and Hannah!!

My son has a really good time in nursery 2, Guardian Homebush. All educators are professional, caring, and patient to the children. They remember kids’ faces very quickly. Every time I bring my son in, they immediately call his name and welcome him, which I think it makes my son feel more secure and easier to adapt to a new environment.

We are very happy with this childcare centre. It was recommended by a friend and has exceeded our expectations. Our daughter loves attending and always comes home happy. The educators are caring, patient, and genuinely invested in the children’s wellbeing and development. When we pick her up each day, she often doesn’t want to leave because she is having so much fun. One of our daughter’s friends has graduated but still comes back to visit the teachers, which says a lot about the strong relationships they build. We truly appreciate the team’s hard work and highly recommend this centre to any family looking for quality childcare.

The educators and staff are the pillar and the heart of this centre. There are so many wonderful and caring staff that work here. Our children have grown and moved through all the way from nursery to preschool, and our experience has been positive with each and all the educators at every stage. We can see the educators love children, and in turn our children love the educators back. I would like to thank in particular Mama Jin, Hannah, Rujuta, and the nursery team who took on the very challenging task of adapting our babies to the childcare environment. There was an uncertain period where there was turnover of management and some of the most wonderful staff left (Anna and Jenny are dearly missed). That made us question whether or not to continue here. Thankfully it seemed like Guardian head-office got their act together and retained most of the staff, who are the most important asset to this business! They are amazing people who we trust to care for and educate our children to the best of their ability. Guardian, please take care of your staff. So they can take care of your customers. The staff here at Sydney Olympic Park are absolute treasures.

My child has been attending this centre for over a year now. She enrolled directly into Preschool Room 2 at the age of 3.5 and was initially very attached to home and her parents, so settling in was a bit of a challenge. However, the entire team was incredibly supportive and accommodating of her needs. Before long, she became a happy, confident child who genuinely enjoys going to school. This campus offers some great features, such as: Bright, spacious, and thoughtfully designed rooms for each age group. The centre is always well maintained, clean, and organised. An open-door policy, which was a huge comfort during the settling-in phase, as I could drop in anytime to reassure my child. A wonderful, generous outdoor space where children can freely play and burn off their energy. A secure sign-in and sign-out system for both the centre and individual rooms, giving parents peace of mind. A healthy balance between free play and structured activities. While these features are impressive, the centre truly stands out because of its dedicated educators and staff, who are the backbone of everything they do. A heartfelt thank you to Ms. Faiza, Ms. Rebecca, Ms. Marufa, Ms. Shanta, Ms. Rossmery, Ms. Anna, Ms. Lyra and former educators Ms. Puja and Ms. Alice for their care, patience, and support. Despite a few changes in leadership, every director has been welcoming, approachable, and supportive, including Ms. Lilly, Mr. Robert, Ms. Zainab, and currently Ms. Joan, who is doing a wonderful job. I can only hope my child receives the same level of care and support when she starts primary school next year. Keep up the great work, everyone!

If you're a parent of a young baby wondering whether daycare is the right move — Guardian Childcare and Education, Homebush is the place. Jin and Hanna in the Nursery room are exceptional. They don't just "look after" your child; they genuinely partner with you. For my youngest (now 9 months), started here when she was 5.5months old - they keep her hydrated throughout the day, introduced solids thoughtfully using baby-led weaning with my input and consent and in partnership with me to enable me to transition my baby onto solids smoothly. They run the most engaging sensory activities I've seen. Nap schedules are respected and maintained — a lifesaver for any parent of an infant. What really says everything: my now 4-year-old started here at 6 months with these same educators. They guided her all the way through to toilet training in the Young Adventurers room. Years of trust, and they've earned every bit of it. If your baby is anywhere from 5 months old, don't hesitate. Highly, highly recommend. You will come back to thank me for the recommendation :-)

Very happy with our first 7 months of daycare with Guardian. Our daughter has settled in nicely. Love the friendly team, the care from Jin and Hanna and all the activities they provide for her. Good communication with daily detailed updates. Well organised making it seamless for us.

We’ve had such a positive experience with Guardian Homebush. From the very beginning, the educators (Mama Jin, Hannah, Rujuta) in Nursery 1 have been incredibly caring, attentive, and genuinely invested in my child’s wellbeing. It truly feels like a second family, where everyone is welcomed and supported. Since attending, our child has grown so much in confidence and has made some lovely new friends. It’s been wonderful to see her excited to go each day and come home sharing what she's learned. The centre provides a nurturing and engaging environment that really supports both social and educational development. Our 2 boys have been at this daycare since they were 2yrs old we have been at this daycare for almost 5years so it’s is safe to say we have a lot of knowledge you could say of Guardian Homebush First off the Educators wow what a amazing family yes some have come and gone but they have the best that have stayed this is when you know they love there job and they deserve only the best treatment as they have always treated our boys with love patience kindness . I would like to make a special thank you from the bottom of our hearts to Rossmery thank you is not enough, you have taken such great care of our boys and all the children I have seen it thru out my years of coming there and making friends with other families there feedback to me making sure everything is going smoothly, the place is clean and organised you can really feel the difference when you are there, always asking for updates, changes in our boys as our eldest is autistic you never pulled away or found it difficult instead always asking in ways for him to be included and educating yourself further in autism on your own accord this meant everything to us. Always smiling welcoming and approachable which is so important as a parent to feel the connection to the educators they are the most important as they are the ones taking care of our children so thank you again Rossmery. All the staff made us feel the most at ease and that our boys would be safe to leave them there to work just knowing the love and care they give and we have been to other daycares where that was absolutely not the case. We will miss you all very much as you have become family to us Big love to Marufa, Faiza, Puja, Alice, Shanta, Anna thank you also for amazing last year with Zain he will miss you all dearly I know because he tells us almost everyday you are all amazing! Thank you Rossmary! We tried 2 other well known centers for our kids, the companies don’t look after the kids the educators do and Rossmary was amazing for the years we have been there she has been there since day one was very caring, knowledgeable and informative of our boys educational needs. Very sad to be finishing our time here it is a great centre and thank you to all the educators and Guardian for holding on to a great team.

We feel incredibly lucky to have Mama Jin caring for our child at Homebush Guardian. From the very first day, she has shown such genuine warmth, patience, and attentiveness. You can truly see how much she loves what she does — the children are always smiling around her, and she creates a calm, nurturing environment where they feel safe and supported. Mama Jin takes the time to understand each child’s personality and needs, and she communicates with parents thoughtfully and consistently. All staff at the centre are amazing individuals that are caring and knowledgeable. My daughter has been attending guardian for over a year now and she has improved so much. Her language and ability to follow instructions has been exponentially better, she is confident and I really have to thank her room educators for that. The centre environment is one of the best I have been to. Very clean and tidy with lots of open space for the kids to use safely.

A little late, but it had to be said thank you Guardian Homebush. Our Daughter started with you at just 6 months old and from day one it felt like her second home. Mama Jin, Hannah and the entire nursery team you’ve cared for her with such love and dedication. She’s grown, learned, and thrived under your guidance. As a work placement student, I feel very grateful for the opportunity to work alongside Mama Jin and Hannah in the Nursery space at Guardian Homebush. From the very first day, the team welcomed me with kindness and made me feel included. I truly appreciate the support and guidance I’ve received in the room. Both Mama Jin and Hannah demonstrate strong professionalism in their daily work, whether it’s communicating with families or supporting children with patience and care. They are quick to recognise children’s needs and respond thoughtfully, creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment. Their teamwork and collaboration also make the room feel positive, organised, and supportive. I have completed work placements in other centres before, but since starting my practical at Guardian Homebush, I can clearly feel the difference. My daughter has been attending this childcare centre for a month now, and I can honestly say this place instils such confidence in me leaving my child there. In Nursery class, she is one of the younger ones there and over the weeks I can see she is adjusting well and enjoys the company of the educators and children. Mama Jin, Hannah, and the team are so caring and experienced, gives detailed updates of her day there, and always happy to hear my questions or concerns. I want to thank you the whole team for looking after my daughter well, and if anyone has any doubts in sending your child there, please don't!

Our little girl has been part of Guardian childcare for a while now and it has contributed a wonderful great experience to her childhood. We found that she has picked up a lot of skills that we never taught her. Guardian will record nap time, nappy time, and eating time, providing various nutrients that made our little girl start to eat actual nutritious food instead of formula milks. We wanted to thank all the educators but more to Mama Jin, she’s a great, friendly caring and very experienced educator. We could tell our kid seemed very very happy when see Mamajin :) and she is doing more than just being an educator , and that will be one of the big reasons I would highly recommend to the parents who are looking for childcare.

My son has been studying here for several months and he’s in Early learning room. The facilities and environment are clean and cozy. The educators are really full of responsibility. They treat my kid with love, care and patience so that I can work without worries. I really appreciate Ms.Faiza, Ms.Marufa, Ms.Puja and Ms.Alice Chen. They always welcome us warmly and try to enrich the classroom content as much as possible every day. Ms.Marufa always gives feedback on one day after school. They are trying their best! These best teachers also make this kindergarten the best kindergarten in my heart.

I am very grateful to Guardian for taking great care of my son. We started childcare from a young age (3 months) and he stayed in Nursery for approximately 1.5 years, where he grew a very deep bond with the educators. Our son would get especially excited every morning when he gets to see Mama Jin, Hanna, Anna and Swathi, so we know he was well taken care of. He has recently graduated to the next room where all the educators also seem fantastic. He is still very attached to the nursery educators and they have all been pitching in to help him with the transition, for which I am deeply greatful. I highly recommend Guardian!

Both my children attended Guatdian Homebush. There are so many reasons that I would like to recommend this centre to parents. This centre maintains regular communication with parents or guardians by providing open concerns, progress of education and activities. I was especially grateful to Mama Jin and the educators in the nursery room for their heartwarming care for my children. My children attended another childcare centre before and they cried every morning when I dropped them. However, Mama Jin at Guardian Homebush took special care for my children and they loved her so much. They never cried and so settled and enjoyed time at nursery room throughout the whole period attending there.

Mama Jin and all the staffs in Nursery room at Guardian Homebush are the most caring, professional and wonderful educators. My daughter has been attending Guardian for a couple of months, the educators in toddler room Draksha and Jenni have been wonderful and very caring which I’m really thankful for. My daughter settled in relatively quick and I can tell she’s well looked after. Although shes still clingy with mum at drop off, she’s gotten better over time. At pick up she’s always happy and I get a lot of updates about her day

Rhythm of the Day

We know children and families like routine, so you will always receive a warm welcome each morning and an invitation to stay for breakfast. At the end of the day, a smooth transition is assured with your child’s belongings ready for you after a day that fulfils your child's interests and curiosity. In between, the day is filled with new and exciting experiences to engage young minds as part of their early childhood education. Here’s a glimpse of what a day of play-based learning at our childcare centre often looks like.

Morning

Breakfast time provides a great chance for you to share what is important and how your baby’s night at home was.

Mid-Morning

Your baby will enjoy engaging in both our indoor and outdoor nursery environments with planned experiences like songs and story time, followed by morning tea.

Middle of the Day

Your baby’s lunch times will suit their needs, and with our open-door policy, families are welcome to enjoy lunch/bottle time with your baby. When your baby is ready, they are gently settled for sleep and rest.

Mid-Afternoon

Our planned indoor and outdoor nursery experiences continue with the chance for movement, games and more books and songs, with an afternoon snack provided.

End of Day

The Nursery team are eager to share information about your baby’s day and their learning, preparing you and your baby for a smooth transition to your evening.

What we do to keep children safe

Create Safe Spaces & Practices

  • Nappy change areas are designed to have visibility windows and are set up for maximum supervision
  • Our policies also cater for team members being in sight or sound of another team member at all times.
  • Safety embedded in daily programs – by conducting daily checklists, comprehensive risk assessments, and more
  • Personal phones or devices are not allowed in learning spaces.

Safe People Who Follow Safe Policies

  • Working With Children Checks for all team members. Automatic alerts if a WWCC is revoked and team member not eligible for shifts
  • Rigorous reference checks – must provide previous line managers for their past roles
  • Annual compulsory Suitability Declarations to confirm ongoing fitness to work with children
  • Mandatory reporting and speaking up – report concerns immediately and all concerns will be investigated fully
  • Ongoing mandatory training in child safety, including annual refreshers and leadership-specific modules

  • Multiple levels of security in all centres
  • All visitors must sign in and present photo ID before entry
  • All tradespeople must provide a WWCC & complete Guardian-specific induction.

Our daily rates are all inclusive and have no additional charges for incursions / excursions or any of our learning programs. The rates shown are an estimate based on using Childcare Subsidy (CCS) subsidised hours. The CCS helps lower your out-of-pocket costs, with subsidy rates dependant on your individual family eligibility levels.

Great communication is vital in our collaborative partnerships with families at the Centre. We have a variety of different ways we communicate with you about your child's learning and progress:

  2. Pick-up and drop-off updates – Our Educators will share highlights from their day, including experiences they enjoyed, mealtimes, and naps to support your evening routine.

Preschool Program
Flying start to school

Our Flying Start to School preschool program is lead by degree qualified Teachers in a long day care setting. Our specialist two-year program is committed to supporting your child as they prepare for big school. We focus on nurturing their confidence, making friends and social emotional growth while also supporting their abilities in reading, writing, counting, and thinking skills. Whether it’s building with blocks, practicing their first letters, or learning to share with friends, every experience is carefully designed to support your child’s development.
