Custom designed to enhance learning, the architecturally designed space references the history of the area and the building’s former service as an Australia Post distribution centre. Features include:

  • Spacious outdoor play areas with shade, sand-pits and play-structures
  • A kitchen garden where children will grow and harvest veggies and herbs
  • An art-studio located in a shipping container which will offer pottery, arts and crafts, fostering a love of creative expression

As well as giving our children a world-class early learning experience, this unique space features a materials centre known as The Exchange which will be the heart of The Guardian Education Project, providing resources and training to Guardian educators from all over Australia.
