My 3-year-old son recently began his first experience at this childcare, and I can confidently say it was the smoothest transition we could have imagined. All the teachers were very friendly, and we are extremely grateful for the excellent care and support they provided to our son. We highly recommend this childcare.
Response from the owner:Sam, thank you for your wonderful review and recommendation. We know that starting childcare for the first time is a significant milestone for both children and families, so we are delighted to hear that your son's transition was such a smooth and positive experience. It is lovely to know that our educators helped him feel welcomed, supported and comfortable as he settled into his new environment. Your kind words about the care and support provided by our team mean a great deal to us. Thank you for trusting us with your son's early learning journey. We look forward to continuing to support him as he grows, learns and builds new friendships.

Guardian Childcare & Education Aspley is like the five-star resort of toddler society — and Miss Kate and Roya are basically the celebrity power couple running the show. I dropped my kid off and instantly felt like I was leaving them in the care of two elite babysitting assassins — gentle, nurturing, but also 100% capable of taking down any rogue tantrum within a five-metre radius. Miss Kate greeted us like we were checking into a luxury spa. Roya? She had snack time running with military precision — not a single sultana out of place. The kids were learning, laughing, and probably achieving more in a day than I have all year. 10/10 — Miss Kate and Roya could probably run the country if they wanted, but I’m glad they’re running this place instead.
Response from the owner:Wow, what an incredible review Bob! Thank you for your wonderfully creative and kind words. We’re absolutely thrilled to hear that Miss Kate and Roya have made such a strong impression. Your description of them as a “celebrity power couple” and “elite babysitting assassins” gave us all a big smile. We’re so glad your little one feels happy, engaged, and well cared for. Your support means the world to us, thank you again!

Miss Kate and Roya made starting daycare such a lovely experience. Our son grew such a bond so quickly and fell in love so fast. We couldn't have asked for better teachers or a better experience. We recommend them always. Such a sad day when we had to move!
Response from the owner:Thank you so much for your kind words and for sharing your experience with us. We are delighted to hear that Miss Kate and Roya made starting daycare such a lovely experience for your son. It’s heartwarming to know that he formed such a strong bond with them so quickly and that he fell in love with the centre. Our educators strive to create a nurturing and supportive environment, and it’s wonderful to hear that their efforts have made a positive impact on your family. We are truly honored by your recommendation and deeply appreciate your trust in us. It’s always difficult to say goodbye, and we were sad to see you move. We wish you and your family all the best in your new location and hope that your son continues to thrive and make wonderful memories.

I have had multiple children attend this centre over the last couple of years, the last leaving for school end of 2024 and I have nothing but praise for the staff at Guardian Aspley, they often deal with some very challenging behaviours from children/ and sometimes horrible families & dynamics - 5 days per week. All my children have learnt so much and the learning program ensured all were confident and school ready, something I was very mindful of. Yes, there is some staff turnover happening, but that happens everywhere , people move houses, transfer centres, go on maternity leave etc - childcare centres are no different. Care and Communication is on point , from the cheery and efficient Jo on reception, to all the educators encountered everyday. Managements door is always open if you have any concerns and they do make every effort. Lovely people.
Response from the owner:It’s so wonderful to hear how positive your experience has been with us, especially with multiple children attending! It’s clear from your kind words that the staff are dedicated, handling the daily challenges with care and professionalism. It’s completely understandable that staff turnover can happen, but it’s great to hear that despite that, the care and communication have remained the highest quality and the care being provided wasn't impacted. We're so happy to hear that the admin staff, educators, and management are all so approachable and open, it really does make such a difference. Thank you again for your kind words!

Great centre. It doesn’t look much from the street but it is fantastic inside, with a big outdoor play area. The educators are warm and build special bonds with the children. We receive photo updates daily. Our family has been at the centre for almost four years - we love it!

Great facility for kids improvement right from infant age. We have seen so much progress in our kid since month 1. They maintain a high standard of cleanliness, nutritious food, prompt feedback of any concern. I would highly recommend this center. Keep up the good work.

Our experience at Guardian Aspley has been fantastic from our first day. The nursery room provides a warm and safe space for little ones starting their daycare journey. The carers are gentle and kind, and provide a stimulating environment for them to play, grow and learn. This Centre was recommended to us, and I would highly recommend it to anyone considering a new daycare facility for their little ones.

Rhythm of the Day

We know children and families like routine, so you will always receive a warm welcome each morning and an invitation to stay for breakfast. At the end of the day, a smooth transition is assured with your child’s belongings ready for you after a day that fulfils your child's interests and curiosity. In between, the day is filled with new and exciting experiences to engage young minds as part of their early childhood education. Here’s a glimpse of what a day of play-based learning at our childcare centre often looks like.

Morning

Breakfast time provides a great chance for you to share what is important and how your baby’s night at home was.

Mid-Morning

Your baby will enjoy engaging in both our indoor and outdoor nursery environments with planned experiences like songs and story time, followed by morning tea.

Middle of the Day

Your baby’s lunch times will suit their needs, and with our open-door policy, families are welcome to enjoy lunch/bottle time with your baby. When your baby is ready, they are gently settled for sleep and rest.

Mid-Afternoon

Our planned indoor and outdoor nursery experiences continue with the chance for movement, games and more books and songs, with an afternoon snack provided.

End of Day

The Nursery team are eager to share information about your baby’s day and their learning, preparing you and your baby for a smooth transition to your evening.

Great communication is vital in our collaborative partnerships with families at the Centre. We have a variety of different ways we communicate with you about your child's learning and progress:

  1. Storypark app - Stay connected to your child's day with regular updates, including photos and learning insights

  2. Pick-up and drop-off updates – Our Educators will share highlights from their day, including experiences they enjoyed, mealtimes, and naps to support your evening routine.

  3. In-room learning exchange displays make our weekly learning plans easy to see so you know what your child will be learning.

  4. Centre Newsletters – Great for community connection and wider Centre and team updates.

  5. Development documentation and meetings for your individual child's progress.

Kindergarten Program
Flying start to school

Our Flying Start to School kindergarten program is lead by degree qualified Teachers in a long day care setting. Our specialist two-year program is committed to supporting your child as they prepare for big school. We focus on nurturing their confidence, making friends and social emotional growth while also supporting their abilities in reading, writing, counting, and thinking skills. Whether it’s building with blocks, practicing their first letters, or learning to share with friends, every experience is carefully designed to support your child’s development.

Our Centre is a recipient of funding as part of the QLD Government’s Free Kindy
Program. Eligible children who turn four years old by 30 June can receive up to 15hrs of free kindergarten a week (40 weeks per year) to reduce your out-of-pocket fees. Ask for more
details when you tour the centre.

Out and about

Through excursions, children are supported to expand their world, to get to know their community, and have a sense of belonging. Their learning thrives when they feel safe, welcome, and that they belong.

Cooking

Cooking experiences teach numeracy by counting ingredients, and weighing and measuring quantities and volume, while managing these tasks supports independence and confidence.

Ella Language

Learning languages through Early Learning Languages Australia (ELLA) supports brain development and social skills and creates opportunities to celebrate cultural diversity.

Joy of Reading

Reading aloud to children each day inspires imagination and supports thinking. Books with rhythm, rhyme and word patterns make stories more playful and memorable.

Sustainability

From growing veggies and foraging in the garden for that day’s meal ingredients to learning about recycling, children learn about being part of a community, connecting to their environment and understanding their impact on the world.
