We've generally had a good experience with the childcare centre. The staff is caring and attentive and our child is happy there. There have been a few minor incidents where our child got hurt, which were mostly managed well. However, there was one incident we weren't happy with in terms of how it was initially handled. That said, management addressed our concerns professionally and took the matter seriously, which we really appreciated. It gave us confidence that they are committed to continuous improvement and well-being of the children.
Apart from that incident, the staff are all amazing. You can really tell they love what they do. They're warm, patient and genuinely care about the kids. Our son always comes home happy and full of stories about his day. Thanks to his room educators Lavenda, Cindy and Meg who's always patient, kind and understanding.
The centre itself is bright, clean and set up with many engaging activities. There's always something creative or exciting going on.
A special shout out to the centre managers Jessica and Dani, who truly goes above and beyond. You can tell they're passionate about their work. They're always approachable, super organised and go out of their way to make us feel comfortable and supported.
Also a special thank you to chef Jaime. Who has been so kind and understanding when it comes to picky eaters. We really appreciate him sharing his recipes with us. It's that kind of extra care that makes all the difference.
Overall we are happy with the centre and feels reassured that our son is in good hands.
