Children will also be able to see the same familiar faces as they move on up from our nursery room, into our Kindergarten program, designed specifically to help prepare children for a smooth transition from early learning to Primary school, here we:

  • Teach the basic numeracy and literacy skills needed for academic success and;
  • Delivers on learning outcomes provided in the Early Years Learning Framework and the National Quality Standard for Early Childhood

As part of our unique Visible Learning Program, families will also be able to keep up to date with their child’s progress via the Learning Exchange Display, found directly in the centre. Here, our team of Teachers and Educators will share with you updates on your child’s learning as well as any other significant developments that take place.

You and Your Child

All Guardian Centres provide a Centre-to-Family communication platform so families can maintain contact with their children’s experiences through photos, stories and learning outcomes.

Our Centres use Storypark and each family is provided with a secure login to access on their computers, mobiles or apps.

Learn More About Our Centre

Our Camperdown centre offers a range of experiences through our childcare program that we believe are important for any child’s development in their early years. Our curriculum is modelled on the National Early Learning Years Framework which recognises the incredible value of investing in the first five years of a child’s life and the vital role that educators play in developing the whole child.

We aim to cater for children’s individual routines by practicing consistency between families’ homes and the centres and by talking to parents about changes as children grow. Our flexible structure allows children to become familiar and comfortable before transitioning to the challenges of their new learning environment as they grow. Our extensive rooftop playground provides children with the opportunity to extend themselves while engaging with the wonders of the outdoor environment.

We ensure that all children have the opportunity to achieve and experience a variety of developmentally appropriate activities in aesthetically pleasing environments designed for growing bodies and creative minds.
