More about Guardian Mt Eliza expand_more
Guardian Childcare & Education Mt Eliza is designed for year round fun! Each room at the child care centre has a large verandah space and designated yard, allowing for outdoor play in all weather conditions. Surrounded by large trees, veggie patches and worm farms, there are plenty of opportunities for inquisitive minds to explore and learn in nature.
As well as the indoor/outdoor experiences on offer, the children love special visits from the local community. We have established connections with both Kunyung Primary School and the local retirement village, and look forward to our visits with the students and residents. Our Kindergarten Program helps prepare your child for Primary School with our leading curriculum delivered by Teachers with specialist early childhood university degrees.
Our passionate and experienced educators have been with the centre for many years, which helps to create our family feel. Families love returning with their new little additions and seeing the same warm, friendly faces that looked after their older children years before.
We take the time to learn about each new child and their family, including their traditions and celebrations, to ensure they settle in as quickly as possible. From a reassuring phone call to an action shot via email, you’ll always have peace of mind that your child is in safe, capable hands.
The importance of nutrition is emphasised, with fresh fruit and vegetables prepared daily by our qualified chef. We also strive to instill a love of learning, with a high quality program that supports the children to develop socially, emotionally and intellectually. Each child’s individual interests and abilities are nurtured, and creativity is encouraged through play, art, dance and music.
Our close partnership with families allows us to offer a range of additional benefits to the learning and childcare experience for the children in our Mt Eliza childcare centre. We pride ourselves on the support we offer families and want to help make it a little easier to balance all those daily commitments, through initiatives such as:
- Designated drop off and pick up zones to assist with those busy mornings and afternoons.
- Casual care days where possible to help you manage the unpredictable nature of work life and home life.
- Assisting you with government subsidies and entitlements to help you make the most of the financial support which may be available.
- Our family communication app StoryPark to keep you informed throughout the day with photos, videos and updates about your child
- We hold parent and educator sessions to keep you informed of your child’s individual progress.
