We’ve had a very positive experience with the centre. The educators are caring, professional, and genuinely invested in the children’s wellbeing. We receive daily updates about the activities our daughters participate in, which helps us feel connected to their day.
One thing we really appreciate is the consistency of the team. Seeing familiar educators every day has made a big difference to our children’s experience and has helped build trusting relationships. The centre also has several well-developed programs focused on personalising each child’s learning and development, along with clear learning plans and routines that support a high standard of care.
If I could suggest one improvement, it would be providing families with a more comprehensive orientation when they first enrol. We found ourselves learning many practical things over time, such as how absence days work, how to read the statements, the medication requirements and process, among others. Having all of this explained clearly from the beginning would make the transition much easier for new families.
Overall, we feel very confident leaving our two daughters in their care. Knowing they are safe, happy, and well looked after gives us real peace of mind while we’re at work, and we’re grateful to the entire team for the care and dedication they show every day.
