Rhythm of The Day
With endless possibilities, there’s never a dull moment at Guardian and no two days are the same. Here’s what a day at Guardian might look like. Please note, this will vary depending on centre opening hours.
-
Morning
Handover time with children, families and our friendly Educators. There’s a chance to share what’s important for the day and any news from home.
-
Morning
Breakfast time where families are welcome to stay and enjoy breakfast with the children.
-
Morning
An opportunity to play and discover with open-plan play in family groups and multi-age groupings.
-
Morning
Planned experiences. This is where the Guardian difference comes to life. Alongside our Educators your child’s exploration leads to learnings in numeracy, literacy, language, critical thinking, problem solving, leadership, social skills, technology, creative arts and much more.
-
Morning tea
An opportunity for children to come together for a healthy snack, often they help prepare their food alongside our carers and cook.
-
Mid-morning
Individually tailored to your child’s needs and curiosity the planned experiences continue, this includes both indoor and outdoor programs.
-
Lunch
Another nutritious meal expertly prepared by our cook. Families are invited to join the children for meals and excursions if they wish.
-
Afternoon
If your child wants to, or needs to sleep, it’s time to rest and recharge. For children who don’t need to rest the planned experiences continue, in most cases outdoors.
-
Afternoon tea
Another chance for the children to come together and re-fuel in small groups or with siblings. There is also an opportunity to rest or play together and reflect on the day.
-
Pick-up
As you arrive to pick up your child, there’s a chance to speak with our Educators and share news about the day. Our Storypark App also allows you to stay in touch 24/7 wherever you are.
-
End of day
Your child is encouraged to grab a light snack as they leave the centre. We’re mindful of how routines vary, throughout the day if we notice your child looking tired food will be provided.

Friendly staff and positive environment
I would highly recommend Guardian childcare & Education kellyville as they provide detailed care and support for your child’s growth. They have a great Learning program which encourages children to adapt to new ways of learning with fun.
I feel completely confident in the team that care for my child. I can leave him each day and know his needs are met, and they do their best to give him their time and attention without taking away from the needs of the other children. Despite his younger age, they still make time to do developmentally appropriate experiences with him, support his established and emerging skills, as well as allow him to observe and/or take part in experiences with the other older children. Their daily documentation always shares good quality photos of my child and the other children in a positive light, the photos capture the children in a natural, highly respectful way and show their personality and engagement. It is exciting to see what beautiful photos have been captured each day in their learning exchange and I am proud to share these images of my child with others because of how great they are. The team members are kind, communicative and caring, I can tell that they have already built strong relationships and connections with my child and he has smiles and happiness to share when he sees them each day. The team are always happy to answer my questions and share information about how my child was each day, they are attentive to his personality and demeanour and can tell if he is not quite himself and are honest about how he is each day even if he wasn't completely happy and settled the entire day. They appear to be so invested in his learning and development and are so thrilled to share any amazing moments they witnessed and pass on anything they have seen that might be new or not yet observed at home. I am able to have peace of mind each day when I leave my child in the care of the Guardian educators and the Adventurers team because of the great work they do and their excellent and transparent communication when it comes to the care of my child. His educators are amazing. I'm always kept informed on his day and any developments that I may need to be aware of. The team watching him show genuine care and have built wonderful bonds with him. He us happy to come each day and waves me off with a big smile unless he's having too much fun to wave or say bye. The educators respect my requests and act in his best interests always. I do not have to worry because I know I have left him in capable and loving hands
We love our centre. Staff are amazing loving and caring. They have been amazing with communication and safety during covid. Cannot recommend our Director and staff enough. Hands down love our Centre.

I would highly recommend Guardian Childcare Kellyville to any parent who is seeking a childcare provider that will exceed expectations. I have complete confidence in the team to care for my 3-year old son.He was attending another daycare provider who was not meeting a minimum level of expectation regarding his well being, therefore, we chose to transfer him to Guardian Kellyville who have well and truly exceeded these expectations from day one and have remained consistent over the past year. The staff are genuinely kind and go out of their way to keep the lines of communication open and transparent. I genuinely trust them and their decisions for my child. I also would like to make a special mention of team members Bec Aitchinson and Ayisha. They both add an additional level of value to the team and to the families of Guardian Kellyville.
The environment and facilities look new and clean, with a lot of toys satisfying my kid. Menu is nutritious. The management is well organised. Very good communication with parents via varied channels backed with latest technologies. You know what your child has done in a day with pics and written records. They have clear learning and development programs.
My son has been attending Guardian Kellyville for 2 years and he loves going. He has built such great relationships with the educators, he feels so safe and secure at the centre and regularly doesn’t want to come home. The environments are natural and open. The procedures they have in place ensure the health and safety of all the children. They have a great educational program and some really exciting experiences and events. The communication we received from the centre manager reassures us that they are being extra vigilant during COVID in keeping everyone safe. I could recommend them highly enough!

My husband and I highly recommend this centre. It has a nice community feel where staff work hard to make a happy environment for the children. The staff clearly make the effort to get to know the children's little personalities and celebrate their developmental milestones. At the end of each day the team members share individised highlights from our son's day. The use of the Storypark app to give updates and photos is really a nice touch too.Bec, the centre manager, has been so welcoming and reassuring. She brings little personal touches to the centre that are heartfelt and her communication on behalf of the centre is always excellent.
amazing centre, centre manager knows what she's doing and all the educators are loving and fantastic towards both families and children. both my girls love going there and adore their educators :)

I ask my daughter everyday at school pick-up whether she had a good day and without fail her answer is "Yeah!". It is hard being a Mum who works full-time, but it is SO good to see how our daughter is developing and learning and I am often amazed by the things she's learning (and remembering) as a 4 year old.Admittedly there seemed to be a management issue at the centre at the beginning of 2018, however the new management team is communicating with parents very clearly and regularly. They are also focused on the children and making them feel special (e.g. baking cupcakes with the students on their birthdays). The educators are doing an excellent job at ensuring that our children are taught in a play-based way. This not only makes learning more fun, but it also ensures that the children stay engaged for longer. My daughter LOVES the educators and it is clear to see that she is very happy at Playdays Kellyville North.
A really great centre with a director and staff who really care about the children. My children have been coming to the centre for the last 2.5 years and have loved every day. The staff are amazing and treat the kids like they are their own. I would recommend the centre to anyone.
I cannot recommend Playdays - Kellyville North enough to parents looking for daycare for their children. My son started at Playdays after being at other centres that were not encouraging of his interests or displayed any interest in his development.Settling into the new centre was brilliant - he was accepted by his peers as if he had been there since a baby. The educators embraced us as a family and it has been a fantastic journey so far.I love the approach that the centre takes - the children direct the program and the educators find the most amazing experiences for the children to learn as much as they possibly can. This is evident in the photos I get each day seeing my son with his peers and their creativity. If I have any concerns about my child's education, I can approach the Centre Manager and educators without being made to feel that I am stressing over nothing. I know its going to be a sad day when my son leaves the centre and goes to primary school - until that day comes, my family and I with the educators at Playdays - Kellyville North are going to continue our amazing journey.
It's the best centre ever. My son has the worst allergies and I feel secure knowing that the educators are all trained in emergency management. The educators are amazing. My son is well cared for. Their programs are exceptional and engaging and my son is constantly learning new things.
I honestly can’t rate Playdays Kellyville North highly enough. I have 2 children that attend, and the love, care, patience, kindness and enthusiasm the educators express towards my children is beyond expectation. They are provided with fun and educational learning experiences on a daily basis and each and everytime I approach an educator for a chat, they are always willing to answer my questions and share information about my children. I feel so incredibly reassured sending my children to Playdays. It’s also wonderful to see the director Rebecca so involved and hands on and she knows each child by name. She’s been so accommodating with my myriad of demands regarding extra days. I look forward to continuing to watch my children grow and flourish in such a beautiful environment.
My daughter loves it here. She’s learnt so much and the educators cater to her curiosity. And, I can’t speak highly enough of the educators, who look after my daughter. My wife and I work in Sydney CBD, and on two separate occasions, when my daughter had high temperatures, the staff have been wonderful. They called me, and when I arrived over an hour later, an educator was holding her and making sure she was comfortable. On another occasion it was the Centre Manager who was looking after my daughter, just holding her while waiting for me. I love how Rebecca, the Centre Manager, involves herself in the lives of the kids. She knows them all by name. The facilities are of high quality and clean. It’s a great place for children to grow and thrive. And a big shoutout to Kayla, Kulwinder, and Lee for making each day of my daughter’s week a wonderful one.
Highly recommended for families around this Day care centre. The only thing I wound say is my daughter loves going to her day-care every single day which she never did with previous child care (which we had the worst experience), Teachers here are amazing, friendly, lovely , caring. Very innovative educational programmes they offer every week. Help to prepare kids starting school next year. Thanks Playday!

A wonderful centre with amazing staff! My daughter has been going here since she was 4.5 month's old (now 3) and she absolutely loves it! She is learning more and more every day, when we pull into the driveway she shouts "yay, my friends!". The teachers are like her second family. The centre itself is beautiful and clean, the interactions with children are purposeful, meaningful and full of love. Being a reggio inspired centre, outdoors is a very important part of the day, with water and sand available all year round for children to safely explore. The sustainability program within the centre is also amazing, limiting excess power consumption where possible and making use of a compost bin, worm farm and various animals for the children to nurture and care for.A++ 😊
