My child has been attending Bridge Kids Early Learning for the past 3 months and we’ve had a really positive experience so far. Kathy and Anna have always been friendly, supportive and willing to help whenever we have questions or need assistance. The educators in my child’s room are caring, professional and genuinely interested in the children’s development. As a parent, it’s reassuring to know my child is happy and well looked after every day. I would definitely recommend Bridge Kids to other families looking for a childcare centre

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Bridge Kids Early Learning Centre has been such a beautiful and nurturing environment for children. The educators are caring, supportive and genuinely passionate about what they do. We have had such a wonderful experience with this childcare centre. The staff are incredibly caring, welcoming and genuinely invested in the children and families. It gives so much peace of mind knowing our child is surrounded by people who truly care. The location is so convenient for our family, and the centre itself is always exceptionally clean, well organised and inviting. The toy options and activities are fantastic, with so much thought put into keeping the children engaged, learning and having fun. We especially love the incursions and excursions, which add such exciting experiences for the kids. One thing that really stands out is how family inclusive the centre is. The Christmas parties, Mother’s Day events and grandparents days make families feel so involved and connected. The thoughtful gifts the children make around Christmas, Mother’s Day and other special occasions are incredibly meaningful and something we truly treasure. The sleep environments are calm and comfortable, and the opening hours are also so helpful for busy families. We are so grateful to have found a childcare centre that feels like such a supportive and caring community. Highly recommend!

We’ve had a great experience with Bridge Kids Early Learning Centre. The staff are caring, attentive, and give each child genuine one-on-one support, which really shows. One standout is the regular excursions - something we hadn’t experienced elsewhere. They’re frequent, thoughtfully planned, and give the kids amazing opportunities to learn and explore beyond the centre. Highly recommend to any parent looking for a nurturing and engaging environment.

After spending a week at this beautiful centre photographing children and witnessing firsthand what wonderful caring educators these children have I would recommend this centre to anyone wanting to place their children in the very best of care. 5 days is a long time to see over and over every day of dedicated staff committed to giving these children a thriving and genuinely happy environment. Our child has been attending Bridge Kids Early Learning Centre since October 2023, and we honestly cannot speak highly enough of this centre. Over the past four months, our family has been going through a very difficult period with hospital visits and recovery, and during that time Bridge Kids became a real source of peace of mind for us. The care, understanding, and flexibility shown by the team made an incredibly stressful time feel more manageable. I would especially like to acknowledge Kathy, the Centre Manager. Her compassion, understanding, and constant willingness to respond to emails or calls, no matter how busy she was, went above and beyond what we ever expected. Knowing that our child was in such capable and caring hands made a huge difference for our family. This 5-star rating is not something I give lightly. This centre, and Kathy’s leadership in particular, truly deserve recognition for the support they provide to families, especially during challenging times. Our child absolute thrived at Bridge Kids. The educators and staff are extremely caring and supportive. Everything from meals, to activity are planned and communicated to us in advance. We love the fact that we get a summary of what the kids did along with pictures through storypark. The amenities are also brand new and designed with child safety in mind. We have not had a single incident of our child hurting himself at childcare. And I would like to call out Tatiana, Thillini, Alana for being great educators and taking such great care of our little one.

We’ve only been here a couple of weeks but I’m already so impressed. The staff are amazing - super friendly, on top of everything, and you can actually chat with them like friends. They’ve got this loud, fun, bold energy that makes the place feel really lively. My kids have settled in so quickly and I feel completely comfortable leaving them here. Couldn’t recommend it more

My son has been attending Bridge Kids since Feb 2024 and right from the start, the entire team have been beyond incredible. The management team are always helpful and welcoming in the mornings and afternoons and respond to emails and queries professionally and in a timely manner. The nursery room staff helped us settle so quickly and are always providing beautiful photos and updates via their online platform and always engaging and interacting so wonderfully with all of the children and families. The room environment is always clean and inviting and they really care about the children and their wellbeing and it shows in the way my son is so excited to see them when we come into the room and goes happily into their arms. Other team members also make the effort to get to know all of the children and will often greet my son by name as they pass us by. The food is wholesome and varied, my son always eats well and the chef is so friendly and warm. I cannot highly recommend this centre to parents enough!

Bridge Kids is a fantastic childcare centre with a clean, fun, and welcoming environment. The standout feature for us is the staff, from the educators to the chef, the are all warm, nurturing, and genuinely caring. The centre manager Kathy is excellent; approachable, communicative, and always accommodating, even with last minute requests for casual days. Honestly we have had the best experience with my little one attending with Bridge Kids! ..... We originally transferred from a good centre, making the decision to change due to many eventual failures on the part of the staff....and now we realise that good is not good enough!... Bridge Kids are GREAT!!! They are caring, knowledgeable, and keen to make you and your little one feel welcomed and part of a family, especially Cathy and the very special Clarissa (who can do it all and more!). Anna and they educators in my Son's room are responsive and give time, which is so important. They have built a repour with my Son and it shows. We love this centre because of the staff and how much they care. The centre is also clean and well equipped making a wonderful environment for my Son to thrive.

I am doing my placement here and It’s a real nice center, the facilities are bright and clean, and there’s always something new for the kids to explore and discover. The staff is incredibly caring, patient, and genuinely passionate about early childhood education. The teachers create a warm and nurturing environment that helps kids feel safe, loved, and excited to learn. The curriculum is engaging, with a wonderful mix of play-based activities and structured learning. They have made tremendous progress in social skills, problem-solving, and even early literacy! We have been taking our two kids here for the last couple of years, and have been through all of the rooms during that time. Our experience has been fantastic, the staff are caring, engaged, and have built great relationships with both our kids, as well as us as parents. In addition to the great staff, the communication is regular and targeted, the facilities are great, the food is diverse, and we always pick up very happy kids at the end of the day. My wife and I are very grateful for the care our kids receive at Bridge Kids :)

Our son attended Bridge Kids Early Learning in Eltham for just over a year in Nursery 1 and then Nursery 2 and we couldn’t be more grateful for the incredible support and care they provided. From the very beginning, he was welcomed with open arms and treated like family — and so were we. The educators are truly amazing. Rhythm of the Day

We know children and families like routine, so you will always receive a warm welcome each morning and an invitation to stay for breakfast. At the end of the day, a smooth transition is assured with your child’s belongings ready for you after a day that fulfils your child's interests and curiosity. In between, the day is filled with new and exciting experiences to engage young minds as part of their early childhood education. Here’s a glimpse of what a day of play-based learning at our childcare centre often looks like.

Morning

Breakfast time provides a great chance for you to share what is important and how your baby’s night at home was.

Mid-Morning

Your baby will enjoy engaging in both our indoor and outdoor nursery environments with planned experiences like songs and story time, followed by morning tea.

Middle of the Day

Your baby’s lunch times will suit their needs, and with our open-door policy, families are welcome to enjoy lunch/bottle time with your baby. When your baby is ready, they are gently settled for sleep and rest.

Mid-Afternoon

Our planned indoor and outdoor nursery experiences continue with the chance for movement, games and more books and songs, with an afternoon snack provided.

End of Day

The Nursery team are eager to share information about your baby’s day and their learning, preparing you and your baby for a smooth transition to your evening.

What we do to keep children safe

Create Safe Spaces & Practices

  • Nappy change areas are designed to have visibility windows and are set up for maximum supervision
  • Our policies also cater for team members being in sight or sound of another team member at all times.
  • Safety embedded in daily programs – by conducting daily checklists, comprehensive risk assessments, and more
  • Personal phones or devices are not allowed in learning spaces.

Safe People Who Follow Safe Policies

  • Working With Children Checks for all team members. Automatic alerts if a WWCC is revoked and team member not eligible for shifts
  • Rigorous reference checks – must provide previous line managers for their past roles
  • Annual compulsory Suitability Declarations to confirm ongoing fitness to work with children
  • Mandatory reporting and speaking up – report concerns immediately and all concerns will be investigated fully
  • Ongoing mandatory training in child safety, including annual refreshers and leadership-specific modules

  • Multiple levels of security in all centres
  • All visitors must sign in and present photo ID before entry
  • All tradespeople must provide a WWCC & complete Guardian-specific induction.

Daily Fee Information

Daily Rates

Our daily rates are all inclusive and have no additional charges for incursions / excursions or any of our learning programs. The rates shown are an estimate based on using Childcare Subsidy (CCS) subsidised hours. The CCS helps lower your out-of-pocket costs, with subsidy rates dependant on your individual family eligibility levels.

The Victorian Government offers funding to provide families up to 15 hours of Free Kindergarten a week, in addition to the Childcare Subsidy. The funding offsets the fees for three and four-year-old children that are part of the centre's long day care Kindergarten program. Families will save up to $2,101 a year for children aged three-years-old and above in eligible long day cares. Ask for more details when you tour the centre.

Kindergarten Program
Flying start to school

Our Flying Start to School kindergarten program is lead by degree qualified Teachers in a long day care setting. Our specialist two-year program is committed to supporting your child as they prepare for big school. We focus on nurturing their confidence, making friends and social emotional growth while also supporting their abilities in reading, writing, counting, and thinking skills. Whether it’s building with blocks, practicing their first letters, or learning to share with friends, every experience is carefully designed to support your child’s development.

Our Centre is a recipient of funding as part of the VIC Government’s Free Kinder
Program. Eligible children aged three years and above will receive up to $2101 in
additional subsidies to reduce your out-of-pocket fees. Ask for more details when
you tour the centre.

Out and about

Through excursions, children are supported to expand their world, to get to know their community, and have a sense of belonging. Their learning thrives when they feel safe, welcome, and that they belong.

Cooking experiences teach numeracy by counting ingredients, and weighing and measuring quantities and volume, while managing these tasks supports independence and confidence.
