We’ve been at this centre for about 5 months now, since my son was around 1 year old, and we couldn’t be happier with our experience!
Before choosing this centre, we toured three childcare centres around Mulgrave, and this one really stood out to us. The educators were so bubbly, friendly and welcoming, and I especially loved how spacious the rooms were.
The leadership team — Annu, Deep and Michelle — are always so welcoming, approachable and flexible whenever you need support. It really makes a difference as a parent to feel that your child and family are genuinely cared for.
As I also work in early childhood education, I can honestly say that the learning experiences the educators provide for the children are outstanding. I also really appreciate how clean, organised and well-maintained the rooms are. Whenever I drop off or pick up my son, the learning activity areas are thoughtfully set up and reset, and the rooms are always so well organised. Anyone working in childcare knows how much effort and consistency it takes to maintain this standard every day!
I was also so grateful for how the educators celebrated my son’s first Korean cultural celebration, Chuseok (Korean Thanksgiving). They put so much thought into providing a range of activities to help the children experience and learn about different cultures. It meant a lot to us as a Korean family to see our culture being acknowledged and celebrated.
One of the biggest signs for us that we made the right choice is how happy our son is to be there. He doesn’t even cry at drop-off anymore — he happily walks straight over to his educators! And at pick-up, he often wants to keep playing and doesn’t want to leave. I think that says it all about how safe, comfortable and happy he feels at the centre.
A special shout-out to Caroline, Britt, Mahnaz, Thu and Ayesha in Nursery 1 — these ladies are absolute gems! ❤️ We’re so grateful for the care, warmth and effort they put into supporting our little boy.
Our son is currently transitioning into Nursery 2, and he’s also having a wonderful experience with Jenny and Suresha. It’s reassuring to see him being supported so warmly through this next stage.
We’re so glad we chose this centre and would highly recommend it to any family looking for a nurturing, welcoming and high-quality childcare environment! 😊
