Centre Director Referral Reward Program -Terms And Conditions

Definitions

• “We”, “us”, “Guardian”, “Guardian Early Learning, “the promoter” refers to Guardian Early Learning Group, ABN 91 094 805 820, of Suite 1901, Level 19, 101 Grafton Street, Bondi Junction NSW 2022
• “Friend”, “friends”, “referral”, “referred” is a reference to a person/candidate who has NOT previously held an account with Guardian, previously applied for any position or previously never been employed by Guardian
• Gift card” refers to the physical gift card that will be awarded, to the value of $1,00 AUD, to a referrer, in the form of a Visa gift card upon meeting all requirements, terms and conditions of this offer

Terms & Conditions

• Program start date is Wednesday 30 May 2018, the finish date is at Guardian’s discretion
• All referrals will undergo the standard recruitment process. If your referral is hired as a Centre Director, you will receive an initial payment upon their commencement of $500 and the balance at 6 months (successful completion of probation)
• This ‘Centre Director Referral Reward Program’ offer is eligible to new candidates only (i.e. we don’t hold candidate details on our system, candidate has not applied previously, candidate has not been employed by us previously)
• Payments will be in the form of visa gift cards.
• There is no limit to the number of friends referred.
• Gift card(s) cannot be redeemed for cash
• Gift card(s) are non-transferable
• Guardian is in no way affiliated with Visa and the Terms of Use of any awarded gift card(s) are as per Visa terms and conditions
• Guardian accepts no responsibility or liability for lost or stolen gift cards award to a referrer
• Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer
