As a Lead Educator, you’ll build meaningful relationships with children and families, fostering bravery, curiosity, and imagination in their learning journey. Collaborate with Educators and Centre Leadership to develop innovative early learning programs, setting children up for success in formal schooling and beyond.

The Opportunity: Work closely with colleagues and Center Leadership to:
- Develop and maintain meaningful relationships
- Implement innovative early learning programs
- Document children’s learning and development
- Contribute to the Guardian Curriculum
Requirements:
- A completed Diploma in Children’s Services
- Prior experience in long day-care
- Sound knowledge and implementation of NQF and EYLF
- Current Working with Children’s Check
