Your Role at Guardian Sherwood
- Lead & Inspire: Shape the curriculum, mentor your team, and deliver enriching educational programs.
- Support & Develop: Guide educators to assess, implement, and reflect on each child’s learning journey.
- Collaborate & Contribute: Share expertise in regular team workshops and actively support the Quality Improvement Plan.

What You’ll Need
- A Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education (or equivalent)
- Knowledge of the National Quality Framework (NQF)
- Early childhood sector experience (preferred)
- A valid QLD Blue Card
