Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound and outbound calls with the utmost professionalism and empathy, always ensuring families feel heard and supported.
- Assist in handling enrolment enquiries, navigating through our seamless system to provide accurate and timely information to prospective families.
- Be the go-to person for following up on bond payments, ensuring families are aware of deadlines and providing gentle reminders when necessary
- Take charge of booking centre tours, showcasing our state-of-the-art facilities and creating an inviting environment for families to envision their child’s future
- Collaborate with our enrolment team to prepare enrolment offers, ensuring all necessary paperwork and documentation are completed accurately
- Utilize your tech-savvy skills to navigate multiple systems including Rapid and Pure Cloud, making the most of our cutting-edge technology to streamline processes and enhance customer experience.
- Demonstrate exceptional phone manner, connecting with families on a personal level, and always going above and beyond to provide outstanding service
