Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership & Staff Management: Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of educators, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
- Program Development: Design and implement engaging educational programs that promote the physical, social, emotional, and intellectual development of children.
- Compliance & Quality Assurance: Ensure the centre operates in accordance with the National Quality Framework (NQF) and other relevant regulations.
- Family & Community Engagement: Build strong relationships with families and the local community, promoting open communication and involvement.
- Financial & Administrative Oversight: Manage budgets, enrolments, and administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the centre.
The Centre:
Lilyfield Early Learning Centre is a beautiful boutique 92-place centre. Our warm and inviting child care centre in Lilyfield was originally a church and is located on a heritage site in inner west Sydney. The centre includes a range of exciting, resource-rich environments including bright spaces, inbuilt slides, and vegetable gardens create a magical learning environment. Our culturally diverse team celebrates the richness of cultures and holidays throughout the year.
