As an Assistant Centre Manager, you will work closely with the Centre Manager and Leadership Team to create a safe and secure environment that encourages children to be brave, curious, and imaginative in their learning. You will also play a vital role in forging lasting and meaningful relationships with families, ensuring they feel informed and confident in their choice of care and education for their children.
If you have a completed Diploma in Children’s Services and/or Bachelor of Education, prior experience in a leadership role in a long day-care centre, and a sound working knowledge of the National Quality Framework (NQF) and the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF), we would love to hear from you.
Having budget and financial accountability experience, as well as current First Aid and Working with Children certifications, is also essential.
