The Centre
Guardian Seacombe Gardens is a welcoming childcare centre conveniently located for families in nearby suburbs such as Seacombe Heights, Dover Gardens, Seaview Downs, Oaklands Park, and Warradale. Only a five-minute drive from Seacliff Railway Station and with an on-site carpark, we’re perfectly positioned for families commuting to and from work.

The Opportunity
As an Educator, you’ll work closely with your fellow Educators and the Centre Manager to:

• Develop and maintain meaningful relationships with children, families, colleagues, and the centre community.
• Develop and implement an innovative early learning program reflective of current early years thinking and practice.
• Document and share children’s learning and development with families.
• Actively contribute to the implementation and adoption of the Guardian Curriculum.
• Engage in professional learning and development programs, career pathways, and a collaborative learning environment.

Qualifications & Requirements

• A completed Certificate III in Early Childhood Education (or working towards it) which is recognised by ACECQA.
• Prior experience in long day-care is beneficial.
• Sound knowledge and implementation of the NQF and EYLF.
• Current Working with Children’s Check.
• Must be an Australian citizen or permanent resident.
