Your Role
- Work alongside experienced educators to support children aged 0–5
- Assist in preparing and delivering play-based learning experiences
- Build meaningful relationships with children, families, and your team
- Help maintain a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment
- Study towards your qualification during and outside of work hours
- Commit to a 12–18 month traineeship
What We’re Looking For
- A genuine interest in early childhood education
- Full-time availability, Monday to Friday
- Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency (traineeship requirement)
- Willingness to obtain a Working with Children Check
- Ability to dedicate time outside of work to complete course requirements
