Your passion for supporting children as they grow, learn, and explore is exactly what we need at Freshwater. We’re seeking a Diploma-qualified Lead Educator (or working towards) to join our vibrant team and help create safe, inspiring environments where children thrive.
As Lead Educator, you’ll guide and support your team’s teaching practice, build strong relationships with families, and bring our play-based curriculum to life. You’ll also help shape innovative programs that prepare children for school and beyond.
The Centre:
Our 80 place centre in Freshwater is located close to Pittwater Road and with access to public transport, our long standing and culturally diverse team celebrate a variety of cultures and holidays each year. With a range of exciting, resource-rich environments including; beach-themed outdoor spaces, alfresco dining areas, and a range of age-specific ateliers. The passionate Educators enjoy taking the Children out and about on excursions to maintain the great connections with the surrounding community

What We’re Looking For:
- Completed (or working towards) Diploma in Children’s Services
- Full-time availability is needed (Monday to Friday)…but no overtime!
- Working knowledge of NQF and EYLF
- WWCC (Working with Children Check)
- Must be Australian Citizen, PR, or eligible visa holder can be considered depending on visa expiry and visa type (no sponsorship provided)
