The Opportunity:
Rouse Hill OOSH is a vibrant and inclusive OOSH service committed to providing high-quality care and engaging learning experiences for children aged 5-12. Our philosophy centers on play-based learning, wellbeing, and fostering strong community connections.
We are currently seeking an enthusiastic Educational Leader to help guide and support our team in delivering exceptional programs that meet the needs and interests of children and families.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning, implementation, and evaluation of educational programs aligned with the My Time, Our Place framework.
- Mentor and support educators to develop their practice and build confidence in program delivery.
- Ensure compliance with the National Quality Framework (NQF), including the National Quality Standards (NQS).
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with children, families, and the broader community.
- Work collaboratively with the Nominated Supervisor and team to continuously improve service quality and outcomes for children.
To be considered, you will have:
- A completed Diploma in Children’s Services or equivalent.
- Prior experience working in a long day-care centre in a senior or leadership role.
- Sound, practical working knowledge and implementation of the NQF, EYLF and My Time Our Place
- Current First Aid and Asthma and Anaphylaxis certificates, and current Working with Children check.
