What You’ll Do As a Lead Educator, you will:
- Build meaningful relationships with children, families, and the community.
- Lead your team in creating and delivering innovative, play-based learning programs.
- Document and share children’s learning journeys with families.
- Champion the Guardian Curriculum and contribute to a culture of excellence.
What You’ll Bring
- A completed Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
- Experience in long day-care settings
- Strong knowledge of the NQF and EYLF
- Current QLD Paid Blue Card (Working with Children Check)
