As Lead Educator, you’ll guide and support your team’s teaching practice, build strong relationships with families, and bring our play-based curriculum to life. You’ll also help shape innovative programs that prepare children for school and beyond.

What We’re Looking For:
- Completed (or working towards) Diploma in Children’s Services
- Full-time availability is needed (Monday to Friday)…but no overtime!
- Working knowledge of NQF and EYLF
- WWCC (Working with Children Check)
- Must be Australian Citizen, PR, or eligible visa holder can be considered depending on visa expiry and visa type (no sponsorship provided)
