Take the Lead as a Lead Educator at Wynnum West
Your skills, experience, and passion for supporting children as they begin to discover and explore their world are just what we need at Guardian.
As a Lead Educator, you’ll support Educators in your centre as they grow in their teaching practice, and you’ll play a key role in building meaningful relationships with children and families—empowering little minds to be brave, curious, and imaginative.
Welcome to our Centre
Opening in January 2026, Guardian Kallangur will offer a new standard in early childhood education and care.
Our early learning centre is designed for children from six weeks to six years, with a focus on wellbeing, safety and a sense of community.
Inside and out, our childcare centre is built for curiosity and connection:
• Six purpose-built rooms, nursery cot rooms and spacious outdoor areas
• Two outdoor areas for play and discovery, featuring sandpits, climbing equipment and a garden
• An experienced team supporting children with personalised, play-based learning with our To BE Me program
From Nursery through to our government-subsidised Flying Start to School kindergarten program, we support every stage of your child’s development.
We can’t wait to welcome your family to our new daycare and build a strong partnership from day one.
