We’re looking for a passionate Assistant Educator to join our energetic 3-year-old room at Guardian Tullamarine! This is a full-time, permanent opportunity in a high-quality centre with a supportive leadership team and great professional development pathways.
About the Role:
- Work closely with the Lead Educator and the ECT to support planning, observations, and daily routines
- Be engaging, hands-on, and active with a very busy and curious group of children (22 children generally everyday)
- Help guide behaviour and create a positive, structured environment
- Collaborate with a warm and inclusive team

About You:
- Certificate III in Early Childhood Education (or working towards it) – (please note that this role is reserved for Cert 3, WT Cert 3, and even WT Diploma candidates only)
- Candidate will need to be flexible in shifts
- Confident supporting children with diverse needs
- Someone who loves to be active and very engaging with the children.
- Strong understanding of planning to support the teacher with a large workload of observations
- Strong understanding of the EYLF and NQF
- Current Working with Children Check
- Must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident (No sponsorship available)
