This role offers the chance to start part-time and move into a full-time position from September 2025.

What You’ll Do
- Build strong, positive relationships with children, families, and your team.
- Create and deliver engaging, play-based learning programs aligned with the Guardian Curriculum.
- Document and share children’s learning journeys with families.
- Contribute to a culture of collaboration and innovation.
What You’ll Bring
- Currently working towards a Certificate III in Children’s Services
- Experience in a long day-care setting
- Knowledge of the NQF and EYLF
- Current QLD Paid Blue Card
