The Centre:
Bridge Kids, proudly owned by Guardian, is our 92-place Centre in Eltham with secure undercover staff parking, a bus stop just one minute away, and only a 15-minute walk from Eltham train station. Our long-standing, multicultural team speaks 11 languages and creates a supportive, inclusive environment. Children enjoy engaging incursions such as dentist visits, pet safety, fire truck, African drumming, and wellbeing programs, plus excursions to Eltham Library, Bunnings, and local Country explorations. At Guardian, we’re a place people love to be.
Here’s what you’ll bring:
- Certificate 3 in Early Childhood Education or Diploma (or working towards it or working towards another ECE qualification)
- Availability to work between from 7am- 6pm, Monday to Friday, with a rotating roster
- Current Working with Children Check (WWCC for VIC).
Ideal to have:
- Child Protection Certificate
- Food Safety Certificate
- Over 2-3 years of experience in the early childhood education sector
