Your Role As an ECT, you will:
- Develop and implement a child-led learning program based on contemporary early childhood practices.
- Create a safe, secure, and stimulating learning environment.
- Build strong, meaningful relationships with families and the wider community.
- Collaborate with Educators and Teachers to share insights and elevate teaching practice.
- Take part in leadership councils and decision-making forums.

To Be Considered, You Must Have:
- A Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (recognised in Australia).
- Current VIT registration/accreditation.
- Proven understanding of the National Quality Framework (NQF).
- Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency….(exceptions for visa can be considered.
