As an Assistant Director, you’ll support our Centre Manager in creating an environment where children feel safe, curious, and inspired every day.

What you’ll do:
- Support the Centre Manager and Leadership Team to deliver high-quality early childhood programs.
- Build strong relationships with families, educators, and children.
- Contribute to a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment.
- Be involved in budget and financial responsibilities, ensuring smooth centre operations.
What we’re looking for:
- Diploma in Children’s Services and/or Bachelor of Education.
- Previous leadership experience in a long day-care centre.
- Sound working knowledge of the National Quality Framework (NQF) and Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
- Current First Aid and Working with Children certifications.
