As an Assistant Director, you’ll support your Centre Manager and team to create safe, inspiring environments where children can thrive. You’ll guide and nurture educators, build strong family partnerships, and play a key role in delivering programs that make a lasting difference.

What We’re Looking For
- A completed Diploma in Children’s Services and/or Bachelor of Education (or working towards).
- Previous leadership experience in a long day-care setting.
- Strong knowledge of the NQF and EYLF.
- Current First Aid, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certificates, plus a valid Working with Children Check.
