Hi all, when our daughter first started at Guardian in April 2025, she was shy and apprehensive. She would often cry and want to come back home, which made drop-offs a difficult time of day for us as parents. From the very beginning, despite these challenges, the educators at Guardian were nurturing, supportive, and incredibly patient with her. For us, this was the first real reassurance that our daughter was in good hands. With their encouragement and care, she gradually gained confidence, and now we find ourselves in the delightful position where she gets upset if she doesn’t get to go to childcare on her one a week at home (Tuesdays 🙂).
Educators like Dee, Euresa have worked closely with her, always making her feel safe, valued, and heard. Their gentle and consistent approach has helped her blossom into a confident and happy child, something we are deeply grateful for. Every interaction makes it clear how much the educators genuinely care about the children. Some of the other educators who are also ad hoc involved in my daughter care like Shaun, Sandya, Ritika, Shelly and Priya are worth mentioning.
The facilities are immaculate and among the best in the business I personally think, thoughtfully designed to help children learn, explore, and thrive. No matter the time of day, even when I arrive at 6:00pm close to closing time, the educators always welcome me with warm smiles and never rush through sharing important updates about my daughter’s day. Nothing is ever too much trouble for them when asked, which means so much to us as parents.
A special mention to Whitney, the chef, who consistently provides the children with delicious and nutritious meals made in the centre's kitchen (Against plate meals). It’s reassuring to know our daughter is being cared for not only academically and emotionally but also nutritionally. Each morning and evening we’re greeted with a smile and kind word by Sadaf, the centre manager, or by Emma in her absence, small gestures that set such a positive tone.
I’ve often said to my wife that choosing Guardian has been the best decision we’ve made for our daughter. While we waited patiently till, they finally got the nod/approval to open in April, she has since everything she needs to thrive, a safe environment, caring educators, enriching facilities, and a strong sense of belonging. We now have complete peace of mind knowing she is so well looked after.
Thank you to the entire Guardian team, you’ve made a lasting difference in our daughter’s life, and in ours as parents. We strongly recommend Guardian to all those parents who are looking for a safe haven for their loved ones 🙂
