We are very happy with the care our daughter receives at this childcare centre. The educators are kind, patient, and truly care about the children’s wellbeing and development.

The environment is safe, clean, and very welcoming. The staff communicate well with parents and keep us updated about our child’s progress and activities. It gives us great peace of mind knowing she is in such a caring and supportive place.

My daughter enrolled in guardian childcare tarneit grand central last year in 2025. I was very scared in the beginning but the staff and management was so warm welcoming and kind they supported my daughter as well as make sure she’s happy, settled, safe and secured. I was so amazed she’s the happiest kid here. I’m satisfied and not worried at all because my daughter is happy, loved by her educators, feel safe and secured. My daughter is a fussy eater, I’m also glad that she started eating by herself now and eating well.
I’m so grateful to Tegan, Steph, Dani, Katherine, munfara, sharmeen, Saba and Alex for the wonderful support and love and always taking care of the kids. And the best chef Sandra, she always make the best food even she offered us to try I love her and her food.

Truly incredible staff and care

Choosing a childcare centre is such a big decision, but we couldn’t be happier with our choice. From day one, the team here has made us feel like part of the family rather than just another client.
Our transition was made so much easier thanks to Sonali, who was so supportive and communicative that talking to her felt just like catching up with a favorite auntie. Siri was also incredible during those early days; she is so lovely and welcoming, and she always has such a calm, professional way of navigating the room— and super easy to talk to and genuinely friendly
Katherine and Mythili were there from the start as well, and we are so grateful for their patience; they truly take the time to understand our daughter’s specific needs, and their gentle, understanding nature has made us feel completely at ease leaving her in their care. The way she has settled in is proof of that—it’s heartwarming to see and hear her walk up to them and give them hugs from behind while they’re sitting down. It’s so clear how safe and comfortable she feels with them.
It’s also been lovely getting to know Lyes since she joined the team. She has such a wonderful, welcoming energy that fits in perfectly, and it’s been fantastic seeing how quickly she has bonded with the children.
I also have to give a special shout-out to Chris Sandra,. Seeing her is one of our favourite part of walking into the centre! She is an absolute delight! She always greets us and our daughter with such a bright, genuine smile, and it’s lovely to see someone so dedicated to the children’s happiness. She’s so generous, too—almost every time we walk out, she offers us food, and she’s just as thoughtful with the parents as she is with the children.
The management team has also been fantastic—they’ve made everything so easy for us from an administrative perspective, which is just the cherry on top of an already amazing experience. we are so happy with the care our daughter receives. We highly recommend this place to any parent looking for a loving, professional, and nurturing environment.

My daughter has moved to the Kinder 2 room now, and she started in the Kinder 1 room. She has really enjoyed her time here.
I know many parents only come for drop-off and pick-up, but for me the most important thing is seeing who makes my child happy and why she enjoys being here. My daughter often talks about three people she spends the most time with. She especially loves the way her teachers, Mythili and Sonali, behave with and care for her. Whenever she enters the room and sees one of them, she always runs to give them a big smile and hug.
She also really loves Sandra, who cooks delicious food for the kids. My daughter often talks about the meals and enjoys them a lot.
Apart from that, as a mum I also appreciate the reception staff. They are always helpful and provide clear information whenever I have questions or doubts.
Overall, it’s very comforting as a parent to see my child happy and excited to come here

My son has been enrolled in guardian grand central since it is opened in 2025, its a very beautiful campus with big indoor and outdoor space and we are having great experience,could’nt be more happier with our choice of choosing this childcare.my child is getting more care and love than i expected from all staff members especially mythilli,sonali and siri..they are truely gems in this centre..my son started feeling comfortable just in two days of his enrollement just because of their friendly behaviour and love towards children.my son keeps on talking about sonali ,mythilli and his activities in centre when he come back home and want to attend childcare even in holidays😂

Morover,Sandra(the chef) is so welcoming with beautiful smile on her face.it feels great to have a small chit chat every day with sandra while drop off and pick up time.she is so friendly and most importantly she cooks delicious food everyday for kids.my son always says that he eats yummy food at centre 😊

The manager(Tegan) always ready to respond your queries with beautiful smile..they have great management team as well..

I’ve had a wonderful experience with this childcare centre. My child’s transition was very smooth, and the educators built such lovely relationships with the children. My lil one adores Sonali and Kathrine. I am so relaxed throughout the time because I know my lil kne is at her safe place. Communication has always been clear and on point. I really enjoy seeing the daily learning experiences they share. And not to forget the food – it’s always well balanced, with fruits, vegetables, and full of nutrients.

We love the fresh fruit bowl. Our child is always excited to have some apples on the way home, and we always look forward to the evenings, as there is always some food at the kitchen window for us to taste.

I have a son enrolled in this daycare. The staff have been so friendly, welcoming and consistent in their high quality care for the children and families who attend. The centre itself is beautiful, clean and inviting. The chef cooks wonderful food the families are welcome to try some of the dishes. The educators have built a meaningful relationship with my son and he is genuinely happy to go to daycare each day. They collaborate well with my family so I have no worry about his care when I go to work. I am grateful for this centre, their staff and the environment he learns and plays in. 10/10 recommend this childcare.

The centre has been outstanding with our son who commenced when he was 4 months old. The communication and care is top tier.
The staff are so incredibly warm and welcoming. They are observant and communicate well.
Chef Sandra is not just chef, but the person who always greets us in the morning with a smile and sets the mood for the day. She is passionate about her role and has supported us every step of the way with introducing Z to solids.

You know your child feels a sense of “home” in someone when you see the way there face lights up when they see a person That’s the feeling that the following ladies have given my daughter. My daughter absolutely loves Hema, Saba and Sandra. I have one daughter in Nursery and I love how Hema always greets me and updates me about her day. Hema just gives me that feeling that she cares and that’s what makes me feel safe. I also have another child in Toddler room, mornings are always hard dropping her off but whenever she sees Saba or Sandra she instantly wants to go to them. I also love how Saba has taken the time to get to know my toddler and the way she talks to her.

Overall I’ve loved my experience at Guardian. When I first did my tour the one thing that stood out to me is the cleanliness and kind all the educators are. I was recommended this place by a friend and even tho it’s a 15 min drive from home and there’s other daycares around me I choose to go to Guardian because of there quality of service

The educators and room director Hemalatha in the Nursery room are amazing, attentive, respectful, kind and caring. They help our son learn through play, encouraging social interactions and giving him the confidence to come out of his shell. Our son is always happy to be dropped off and see his educators and friends, which gives us reassurance he is enjoying his days there. The chef Sandra always provides yummy nutritious meals, respective of our son’s dietary requirements. And the centre management are always friendly, communicative and happy to assist us with any enquiries. We are very happy with the centre and staff.

My daughter has been attending Tarniet Grand Central since the day the doors opened, and we couldn’t be happier with the care she receives. Her educators have been there from the start, and you can truly feel their warmth, dedication, and genuine interest in her growth. They know her so well and always take the time to share how her day has been, what she has learned, and any special little moments. Today, it absolutely melted my heart to hear that she was “being a friend” by helping another child find their hat, such a lovely reflection of the environment they’ve created.

A special mention must go to Sandra and her incredible cooking! Our daughter loves the meals, and Sandra often offers us a little something from the menu to try at pick-up, and it’s always delicious.

As a new parent to Guardian I have thoroughly enjoyed the experience so far. The educators are accommodating, supportive and welcoming. The curriculum they recently rolled out To Be Me has been a great addition to the service. I have been told all about my child’s progress such as how he is becoming a good friend, to be a writer and learning about his developmental pathways. We’ve had such a great experience with this childcare centre so far. From day one, both my daughter and I have felt welcome and supported. The centre is always clean, and the educators have taken the time to really get to know my daughter and understand how to help her feel happy and calm.

I recently toured Guardian Tarneit Grand Central and had such a wonderful experience. My eldest daughter attended another Guardian centre, so I was thrilled to hear that one was opening up in our local area.

The tour with Stephanie was incredibly informative, and it was beautiful to see the thoughtfully designed classrooms, the amazing range of toys, and the intentional learning experiences planned for the children.

I’ve also had the chance to attend some of the stay-and-play sessions and a menu tasting with my son — and we’ve yet to leave without him saying he doesn’t want to go home! He’s already so comfortable and excited, and I’m really looking forward to him beginning his journey at Guardian Tarneit Grand Central.

Rhythm of the Day

We know children and families like routine, so you will always receive a warm welcome each morning and an invitation to stay for breakfast. At the end of the day, a smooth transition is assured with your child’s belongings ready for you after a day that fulfils your child's interests and curiosity. In between, the day is filled with new and exciting experiences to engage young minds as part of their early childhood education. Here’s a glimpse of what a day of play-based learning at our childcare centre often looks like.

Morning

Breakfast time provides a great chance for you to share what is important and how your baby’s night at home was.

Mid-Morning

Your baby will enjoy engaging in both our indoor and outdoor nursery environments with planned experiences like songs and story time, followed by morning tea.

Middle of the Day

Your baby’s lunch times will suit their needs, and with our open-door policy, families are welcome to enjoy lunch/bottle time with your baby. When your baby is ready, they are gently settled for sleep and rest.

Mid-Afternoon

Our planned indoor and outdoor nursery experiences continue with the chance for movement, games and more books and songs, with an afternoon snack provided.

End of Day

The Nursery team are eager to share information about your baby’s day and their learning, preparing you and your baby for a smooth transition to your evening.

What we do to keep children safe

Create Safe Spaces & Practices

  • Nappy change areas are designed to have visibility windows and are set up for maximum supervision
  • Our policies also cater for team members being in sight or sound of another team member at all times.
  • Safety embedded in daily programs – by conducting daily checklists, comprehensive risk assessments, and more
  • personal phones or devices are not allowed in learning spaces.

Safe People Who Follow Safe Policies

  • Working With Children Checks for all team members. Automatic alerts if a WWCC is revoked and team member not eligible for shifts
  • Rigorous reference checks – must provide previous line managers for their past roles
  • Annual compulsory Suitability Declarations to confirm ongoing fitness to work with children
  • Mandatory reporting and speaking up – report concerns immediately and all concerns will be investigated fully
  • Ongoing mandatory training in child safety, including annual refreshers and leadership-specific modules

Daily Rates

Our daily rates are all inclusive and have no additional charges for incursions / excursions or any of our learning programs. The rates shown are an estimate based on using Childcare Subsidy (CCS) subsidised hours. The CCS helps lower your out-of-pocket costs, with subsidy rates dependant on your individual family eligibility levels.

The Victorian Government offers funding to provide families up to 15 hours of Free Kindergarten a week, in addition to the Childcare Subsidy. Great communication is vital in our collaborative partnerships with families at the Centre. We have a variety of different ways we communicate with you about your child’s learning and progress:

Kindergarten Program
Flying start to school

Our Flying Start to School kindergarten program is lead by degree qualified Teachers in a long day care setting. Our specialist two-year program is committed to supporting your child as they prepare for big school. We focus on nurturing their confidence, making friends and social emotional growth while also supporting their abilities in reading, writing, counting, and thinking skills. Whether it’s building with blocks, practicing their first letters, or learning to share with friends, every experience is carefully designed to support your child’s development.

Our Centre is a recipient of funding as part of the VIC Government’s Free Kinder
Program. Eligible children aged three years and above will receive up to $2101 in
additional subsidies to reduce your out-of-pocket fees. Ask for more details when

Out and about

Through excursions, children are supported to expand their world, to get to know their community, and have a sense of belonging. Their learning thrives when they feel safe, welcome, and that they belong.

Cooking experiences teach numeracy by counting ingredients, and weighing and measuring quantities and volume, while managing these tasks supports independence and confidence.
