Thank you to Chelcee and the team for making me feel so welcome and heard during my visit. Coming from an early childhood education management background I can confidently say I would recommend this service to anyone looking for a service with the best interest of the families and children at heart. It is a hard process as a first time parent to make a decision about the care you wish to place your child in and although I'm not quite ready to enrol yet, the decision for future has been made extremely easy for me as I navigate my way through this life change. I would 100% recommend Guardian Caufield to any new parents as they manage to put you right at ease.Centre Manager Chelcee is a blessing and very approachable and understanding of all situations.Thank you to the Guardian Caufield team for making this process a little easier to navigate.

Emilia has made some wonderful strides since going to the centre. She's a lot more social with adults as well as children. She is also much more adventurous and explores her space at home a lot more. She is also much more interactive with her toys and has even started eating with a spoon to feed herself. We have been very impressed with her growth and development.

My daughter was going to Guardian North Caulfield for the last 2 years and sadly we recently moved her childcare closer to our home. I highly recommend Guardian North Caulfield, the premises is lovely and clean and the staff are fantastic, from the educators to the ladies at the desk running the place.. My daughter was in great hands especially when she was in baby room being looked after by Yu and to then being looked after by ladies in toddler3 especially Cara who cared for her development.. Communication was fantastic and my husband and I felt so comfortable leaving her there every day.We miss the team !

Cocos Caulfield North is ONE OF THE BEST childcare centres I have come across. I had visited several centres and even had my daughter enrolled in one that was closer to home. The moment I stepped into Cocos, I knew immediately that this was the place for my daughter. And I am very picky when it comes to thing like this. Here I met lovely Beatrice that manages the place. She was so helpful and so insightful and made me feel so comfortable!Trina who is the senior manager was amazing. She took the time to really go over every detail about the centre. The centre itself is immaculate, spotless, bright, just beautiful!!What got me the most excited was after my meeting with all the educators and carers. In particular Soula, this woman is just incredible. The love, passion, patience and care that she has for the children is second to non! She is incredible!!All the educators in my daughter's room are so amazing!! Gabby, Cassie, Tamir, and Francesco have all been incredible.Everytime I drop my daughter off she has a big smile on her face and says bye to me. This never used to happen at the other Centre. And this is just after 2 weeks of being at Cocos. If you are looking for a place for your little one, this is one of the best places. You will feel comfortable and happy as I am.Thank you to everyone at Cocos and Guardian.

Coco's is a wonderful centre. The staff create a safe, nurturing and fun environment for the children and make them feel very comfortable. My son loves going every morning, in fact he often doesn't want to be picked up later in the evening. He comes home with beautiful artwork that he has made during the day and singing new songs he has learned. My husband and I are truely happy with Coco's and couldn't recommend them enough.

My first experience at Coco's Caulfield was with one of the carers sensing my hesitance in leaving, she proceeded to sweep my daughter up in her arms and show her around the room with sounds and song, I was like, WOW, this place and the carers here are AMAZING! My daughter is so happy and ecstatic to go to "coco-oooo's" everyday it is as easy as walking in and dropping off. We love it here. The carers are all so wonderful and caring, the menu is always better than what we manage at home and the centre manager Michelle is forever greeting us with a smile, happy to have a chat & helpful, she knows every kid there by name which is incredible. My daughter has fallen in LOVE with so many of the carers over the past year she often asks for them to come home and "stay at my house OK? Yes you are coming OK? Let's go!" She has multiple friends and activities daily like yoga, sports, gardening, painting, climbing, book time and dancing she is never left with nothing to do. I would like to thank the Kinder 1 room and team leader Emily. THANK YOU!!! To anyone out there asking, I would highly recommend Coco's Caulfield!

I have a two year old and a three year old, BOTH at COCO's Caulfield from about 6 months old , and BOTH ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT!!They're both thriving! The team have all helped nurture and facilitate the development of happy, confident and social little children. As a parent, THIS IS ALL I ASK FOR! They come home happy, content and full of chatter about their day with their friends. The centres schedule allows them to use their imagination and creativity during the learning process, I'm constantly delighted and surprised by their ability to express and verbalise their emotions. As a working parent, I'm MORE than happy and confident that my children are satisfied, happy and having a wonderful experience EVERYDAY at Coco's Caulfield... and the facility is STUNNING...!! COULD NOT ASK FOR MORE!

Our son has attended Cocos for the past 2 years and we have been extremely happy with the care provided. The centre is always very clean and all of the staff are very friendly and caring. They provide services above and beyond standard childcare centres including yoga, sport classes and French. The children are kept engaged and they are constantly learning new things. My son loves his days here and I would recommend the centre to anyone.

This centre is owned by a beautiful dynamic couple and their management team is top-notch.My children are in a caring, beautifully created environment where they are developing and enjoying themselves while learning. By observation the staff love working at Cocos and they adore my children. The centre, run by Michelle provide all the material required to keep the space stimulating and they help to bring what you do at home into the centre like diets, the way you handle your child if hurt etc. I was the first person to enrol in this centre and both my boys have been there for a few years. I am very happy with the results. Michelle is available if needed through the week, she is also involved with my kids daily, which I find valuable. My boys are happy and so am I.

Couldn't have asked for more .. My twins girls love absolutely adore each day they spend there. Me n my wife we are so happy to see growth of our kids in terms of learning new skills, language and so much more. Plenty of activities related to physical growth of kids. Thank you Coco's. Unlike business houses, the environment is warm and welcoming, Coco and Anna (owners) personally engage with parents. One of the best decision we made as parents.

Rhythm of the Day

We know children (and families) like routine. Whilst no two days of learning are ever the same - here's what a day at Guardian might look like.

Morning

Our friendly Nursery team of familiar educators will be there to greet you and support your baby to settle in for the day.  Breakfast time is available & families are welcome to stay and enjoy with the children. This is also a great chance for conversation to share what is important and how your baby’s night at home was.

Mid-Morning

Our nursery learning environments are set up indoors and outdoors for your baby to engage with a variety of planned experiences while they interact with our team such as exploring picture books, singing songs together. We also offer morning tea.

Middle of the Day

Dependent on the needs of every baby, we time lunch to suit the children. Team members will support your child to eat and/or have a bottle, and when they are ready, are gently settled for sleep or rest. With an open-door policy, families can enjoy lunch/bottle time with your baby if you wish.

Mid-Afternoon

Our nursery planned experiences (both indoor and outdoor) continue and there are opportunities for movement, playing games, more books and songs, or sensory exploration. Afternoon snack is provided.

End of Day

We’ll have your baby’s belongings ready for you at pick up time. The Nursery team will share information about your baby’s day and their learning, preparing you and your child for a smooth transition to your evening. Please grab a piece of fruit or snack on the way out!

Caulfield Centre Manager Image

Chelcee

Our Centre team, led by our experienced Centre Manager Chelcee, prides themselves on creating a great sense of community for all families.

Each role in the Centre is designed to work together to help create a nurturing environment for every child in each of our learning spaces.

In our Nursery Room, the dedicated team has a special role in creating secure attachments, routines, and strong relationships. Unique to Guardian nurseries is our Baby Ambassador, who is your go-to person for you and your baby’s first 12 months with us. They will know every detail about your baby: how breast or bottle milk is managed, how they like to eat, their sleeping routines, the nappies they wear, and more. With babies as young as six weeks in the Centre, it’s the Baby Ambassador’s job to work with families and Educators to help make our Nursery feel just like home.

Our Educators across the age groups work together to create fun, stimulating, and age-appropriate experiences for every child in their care. They are dedicated, experienced professionals who are allocated to a specific room so they can get to know each child individually and support their learning and development.

As part of our 2-year Flying Start to School program, we have degree-qualified Teachers who use the latest teaching practices to help your child build essential practical and social skills, ensuring they’re ready for their next big adventure—school!

Each room has a Lead Educator or Teacher who is responsible for planning and implementing an effective ongoing cycle of planning, documentation, and evaluation of the room’s learning program.

At the core of the Centre is our Cook—make sure you check out their daily menu when you visit. They help make food part of the learning journey and love seeing how children respond to new and exciting flavours.

The team is supported by a strong Leadership Team, including an Assistant Centre Manager and an Educational Leader.

Every role at the Centre is as important as the next.

How will you share updates about my child’s day?

Great communication is vital in our collaborative partnerships with families at the Centre. We have a variety of different ways we communicate with you about your child’s learning and progress:

  1. Storypark app - Stay connected to your child's day with regular updates, including photos and learning insights

  2. Pick-up and drop-off updates – Our Educators will share highlights from their day, including experiences they enjoyed, mealtimes, and naps to support your evening routine.

  3. In-room learning exchange displays make our weekly learning plans easy to see so you know what your child will be learning.

  4. Centre Newsletters – Great for community connection and wider Centre and team updates.

  5. Development documentation and meetings for your individual child’s progress.

But remember our door is always open.
