William often says he wants to be a teacher just like his Daycare teachers. Every staff member is incredibly caring & wonderful with both the children.

Wolfgang has had a consistent team since he moved upstairs at the centre, from about the age of 2.5. He has bonded with these teachers and they have seen him through some huge developmental stages. He has a great relationship with these teachers, as do I. I value the care that is taken and the kindness shown to our whole family from both Wolf's immediate teachers and those that look after him on a less regular basis. We feel we are in good hands because he has developed a strong relationship with the team.

The staff at Guardian Bentleigh are almost like family to us! They always have a smile and a kind word to say, they check in regularly to see how we are doing and both my children love going to the centre. It's amazing to see how much progress the kids have made with their speech, spelling and numbers and the balance of indoor/outdoor activity is well thought out. The centre also does a really good job of finding creative ways to keep them entertained during rainy weeks (which is hard to do if there are more than two rainy days in a row!). My kids are not great eaters but I have found the menu to be excellent and there is always something they will eat. It's been a really difficult couple of years for everyone and it is not lost on me how much the childcare industry is suffering. I commend all the staff at Guardian Bentleigh for maintaining a happy disposition and showing up for the children, consistently and without complaint. I'd highly recommend this team, they've been integral to my support network through Covid and it is always a really happy place to enter.

Every Educator at the Centre shows that they genuinely care about each child and their well-being. They understand my child's needs specifically, and provide the comfort required. This has allowed my child to develop a strong rapport with each of her educators, and from a parent's perspective is crucial to know you are leaving your child in the best hands to care for her when you can't.

We're particularly impressed with the educators and management, and how they encourage strong life skills to the children from a young age. It is clear that the centre seeks highly qualified educators. Throughout the pandemic, the team's response was amazing.

I am sad to be leaving Guardian (Dustin is starting school next year) as the management and staff at Guardian have become a second family to us. Could not be happier with the level of care they have provided for our 2 children over the years. I will happily recommend to any parents looking for day care or kinder!

To emphasise how well the centre is running under the current management of Simi and Sally, along with the strong team of teachers and carers. This is our 4th year at the centre and the improvement over the last couple of years has been significant.

I know Simmi has very clear what are the necessities for each age group and has been able to place the right people for the right role. This shows her experience and care for her role and reflecta in the happy kids around the center. Also she and and directiva team have been able to provide quality education for the children. Activities like Melody Bear, Ella and sports are very important.

I am extremely happy with the care Quincy receives in the room he is currently in with Radhika, Mei and Via. They are very engaging and I can tell that Quincy feels their genuine interest in him. I am hoping that moving into the other room when he turns 2 he will find educators who have a genuine interest in who Quincy is. Being honest I wasn't as happy with the kinder teachers (other than the Bentleigh secondary twins mum-she showed genuine care-can't remember her name) as I just felt the educator there lacked the X factor that early childhood educators need to draw a kid in and show they are interested. Because of this I am apprehensive about a change over of staff looking after Quincy. Given Ivy was older it wasn't as much of a worry and I trusted that Simi had it under control but most exchanges with the educator there felt disconnected and disinterested, quite monotone actually. To be clear this has not been my experience with Quincy and I just love the care his educators have for him.
