Morning

Our friendly Nursery team of familiar educators will be there to greet you and support your baby to settle in for the day.  Breakfast time is available & families are welcome to stay and enjoy with the children. This is also a great chance for conversation to share what is important and how your baby’s night at home was.

Mid-Morning

Our nursery learning environments are set up indoors and outdoors for your baby to engage with a variety of planned experiences while they interact with our team such as exploring picture books, singing songs together. We also offer morning tea.

Middle of the Day

Dependent on the needs of every baby, we time lunch to suit the children. Team members will support your child to eat and/or have a bottle, and when they are ready, are gently settled for sleep or rest. With an open-door policy, families can enjoy lunch/bottle time with your baby if you wish.

Mid-Afternoon

Our nursery planned experiences (both indoor and outdoor) continue and there are opportunities for movement, playing games, more books and songs, or sensory exploration. Afternoon snack is provided.

End of Day

We’ll have your baby’s belongings ready for you at pick up time. The Nursery team will share information about your baby’s day and their learning, preparing you and your child for a smooth transition to your evening. Please grab a piece of fruit or snack on the way out!

Morning

Our friendly Educators are ready to welcome you and your child for the day, with engaging experiences set-up to support your toddler to feel comfortable and start playing. We take this time to have a conversation with you about what’s important for the day/what’s happened the night before at home.

Children can enjoy learning experiences with children of different ages at drop off time – we call this family grouping and families are welcome to stay and enjoy breakfast with the children.

Mid Morning

Our indoor & outdoor learning environments are set up for the children to explore and discover, and for toddlers this means supporting them to learn through movement such as climbing, balancing, jumping and dancing! Children are invited to enjoy morning tea, before enjoying more of our learning program through drawing, painting and singing songs.

Middle of the day

At lunch-time, children come together and we get to slow down& feel a sense of belonging as part of a group.

For children who want to, or need to, there’s an opportunity to sleep, rest or relax.

For those who don’t there are more planned experiences, most likely to be outdoors – such as group games, using our outdoor equipment & enjoying the sandpit. Our excursion program where families can come along on visits to places in the community.

Mid-Afternoon

Our team plans more opportunities for play, exploration, creativity and fun with their friends as part of our educational program, before we come together again for afternoon tea in small groups or with their siblings. Our team supports Toddlers to enjoy their growing independence with opportunities to practice serving themselves & grow their relationships with others through chatting and playing with each other.

End of Day

At pick up time, we bring the children together again from across the centre where they can spend time with each other and enjoy age appropriate, planned experiences. We’ll have your child’s belongings ready and there’s an opportunity to speak to Educators who will share information about your child’s day, and their learning.

We’re mindful of how routines vary at home, so if throughout the day, we notice children look tired, food will be provided. Take a piece of fruit or snack home for the drive!

Morning

Our team is ready to welcome you to the centre each morning, and as children arrive, there are engaging experiences set up for them and their friends of different ages to play with together, supporting collaboration and communication skills – you’re welcome to stay and enjoy breakfast with the children. Speak with the team about what’s important for your child for the day and what happened the night before at home.

Mid Morning

Our Flying Start to School learning program continues throughout the morning with planned experiences for pretend play, reading or exploring puzzles together, before children are then invited to enjoy morning tea. Our program continues with opportunities for children to explore and discover in both our indoor and outdoor environments.

Afternoon

At lunch, it’s a time to slow down where children can come together &feel part of a.  Mealtimes are an important ritual that support children’s independence & social skills.

Children and families can take part in our excursion program and for older children includes visits to our local school as we start to think about moving to big school.

If children would like to, or need to, there’s an opportunity to sleep, rest or relax. If children don’t need to rest, our Flying Start to School learning program continues, where they can enjoy our outdoor space – this might include playing games in a group or working together on a construction project.

We offer afternoon tea and at this time children come together in small groups or with siblings. This is a time children enjoy spending with their friends and fosters a sense of belonging.

End of Day

Pick up time, is another opportunity for children of different ages to spend time together and enjoy age-appropriate learning experiences. When you arrive to pick up your child, you’ll be able to speak to their Teachers and Educators who will share information about your child’s learning, special moments, and how their day was overall. We’ll have your child’s belongings ready.

We understand that routines at home vary, so if throughout the day, we notice children look tired, food will be provided. Some centres also offer a light snack which you can take for the trip home.
