Our 2 boys have been at this daycare since they were 2yrs old we have been at this daycare for almost 5years so it’s is safe to say we have a lot of knowledge you could say of Guardian Homebush
First off the Educators wow what a amazing family yes some have come and gone but they have the best that have stayed this is when you know they love there job and they deserve only the best treatment as they have always treated our boys with love patience kindness .
I would like to make a special thank you from the bottom of our hearts to Rossmery thank you is not enough, you have taken such great care of our boys and all the children I have seen it thru out my years of coming there and making friends with other families there feedback to me making sure everything is going smoothly, the place is clean and organised you can really feel the difference when you are there, always asking for updates, changes in our boys as our eldest is autistic you never pulled away or found it difficult instead always asking in ways for him to be included and educating yourself further in autism on your own accord this meant everything to us. Always smiling welcoming and approachable which is so important as a parent to feel the connection to the educators they are the most important as they are the ones taking care of our children so thank you again Rossmery. All the staff made us feel the most at ease and that our boys would be safe to leave them there to work just knowing the love and care they give and we have been to other daycares where that was absolutely not the case. We will miss you all very much as you have become family to us

Thank you Rossmary! We tried 2 other well known centers for our kids, the companies don’t look after the kids the educators do and Rossmary was amazing for the years we have been there she has been there since day one was very caring, knowledgeable and informative of our boys educational needs. All staff at the centre are amazing individuals that are caring and knowledgeable. My daughter has been attending guardian for over a year now and she has improved so much. Her language and ability to follow instructions has been exponentially better, she is confident and I really have to thank her room educators for that.
The centre environment is one of the best I have been to. Very clean and tidy with lots of open space for the kids to use safely.

Our Daughter started with you at just 6 months old and from day one it felt like her second home. Mama Jin, Hannah and the entire nursery team you’ve cared for her with such love and dedication. She’s grown, learned, and thrived under your guidance.

As a work placement student, I feel very grateful for the opportunity to work alongside Mama Jin and Hannah in the Nursery space at Guardian Homebush.

From the very first day, the team welcomed me with kindness and made me feel included. I truly appreciate the support and guidance I’ve received in the room.

Both Mama Jin and Hannah demonstrate strong professionalism in their daily work, whether it’s communicating with families or supporting children with patience and care. They are quick to recognise children’s needs and respond thoughtfully, creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment. My daughter has been attending this childcare centre for a month now, and I can honestly say this place instils such confidence in me leaving my child there. In Nursery class, she is one of the younger ones there and over the weeks I can see she is adjusting well and enjoys the company of the educators and children. Our little girl has been part of Guardian childcare for a while now and it has contributed a wonderful great experience to her childhood. We found that she has picked up a lot of skills that we never taught her. Guardian will record nap time, nappy time, and eating time, providing various nutrients that made our little girl start to eat actual nutritious food instead of formula milks.

We wanted to thank all the educators but more to Mama Jin, she’s a great, friendly caring and very experienced educator. We could tell our kid seemed very very happy when see Mamajin :) and she is doing more than just being an educator , and that will be one of the big reasons I would highly recommend to the parents who are looking for childcare.

My son has been studying here for several months and he’s in Early learning room. The facilities and environment are clean and cozy. The educators are really full of responsibility. They treat my kid with love, care and patience so that I can work without worries. I really appreciate Ms.Faiza, Ms.Marufa, Ms.Puja and Ms.Alice Chen. They always welcome us warmly and try to enrich the classroom content as much as possible every day. Ms.Marufa always gives feedback on one day after school. They are trying their best! These best teachers also make this kindergarten the best kindergarten in my heart.

I am very grateful to Guardian for taking great care of my son. We started childcare from a young age (3 months) and he stayed in Nursery for approximately 1.5 years, where he grew a very deep bond with the educators. Our son would get especially excited every morning when he gets to see Mama Jin, Hanna, Anna and Swathi, so we know he was well taken care of. He has recently graduated to the next room where all the educators also seem fantastic. He is still very attached to the nursery educators and they have all been pitching in to help him with the transition, for which I am deeply greatful. I highly recommend Guardian!

My boy started attending Guardian Childcare & Education Homebush six months ago. At first, he struggled to adapt to the new environment, but the teachers provided him with so much attention and support to help him settle in. They spent a lot of one-on-one time with him, encouraged him to make new friends, and guided him through the transition. Now, there have been times when he doesn’t even want to go home—this truly shows how much care and dedication the teachers put in.

The teachers are the heart of this childcare center. I can genuinely feel their love and patience for the children. They help them learn, explore their emotions, and grow in confidence. The center feels like a big family where the teachers work together as a great team.

I also love the communication from the center. Every day, updates are posted on the app, and I always check them as soon as I receive the notification. It reassures me to know how my child’s day went, what activities he did, and what he ate. At pick-up time, the teachers always take the time to update me on his daily routine and well-being.

The environment at the center is fantastic—spacious, bright, and very clean. The management team is also wonderful and always ready to help solve any issues. I really appreciate that the center offers swap days and casual days, which provide flexibility for parents to manage their schedules.

Every day, my child comes home and tells me, “Mum, I had a happy day at childcare!” That gives me great peace of mind. I especially want to thank Miss Jenny, Miss Draksha, and Miss Pooja for their care and kindness. I’m truly grateful to have met them.

I love this childcare so much that I’ve now enrolled my second child here as well. That alone shows how much I trust and appreciate this place. Highly recommend!

Both my children attended Guatdian Homebush. There are so many reasons that I would like to recommend this centre to parents. This centre maintains regular communication with parents or guardians by providing open concerns, progress of education and activities. I was especially grateful to Mama Jin and the educators in the nursery room for their heartwarming care for my children. My children attended another childcare centre before and they cried every morning when I dropped them. However, Mama Jin at Guardian Homebush took special care for my children and they loved her so much. They never cried and so settled and enjoyed time at nursery room throughout the whole period attending there.

My daughter has been attending Guardian for a couple of months, the educators in toddler room Draksha and Jenni have been wonderful and very caring which I’m really thankful for. My daughter settled in relatively quick and I can tell she’s well looked after. Although shes still clingy with mum at drop off, she’s gotten better over time. At pick up she’s always happy and I get a lot of updates about her day

My son has been attending this day care for about six months now. He started just after his third birthday and it was the best thing we have ever done. It took quite some time for him to settle properly. We actually still have issues at drop off from time to time but the educators have done everything in their power to make this as easy as possible for him. Their patience and care has been outstanding and I can say that I sincerely trust them with my boy. Sharmila, Mahesh and Devi are all wonderful people who take such good care of the kids. They have made all this easier for not just my son but us as well. He comes home full of wonderful stories and is always happy at the end of the day.

My daughter started attending Guardian daycare when she was just over seven months old. As a high-needs baby with little sense of security, she would cry whenever a stranger approached and only wanted to be close to me.

I was initially very anxious, but the three teachers in the nursery room immediately put me at ease. They created a gradual plan, starting with short days and slowly extending her time to help her adjust to the new environment. Every time I pick her up, I see the teachers holding her. Mama Jin, Hannah, and Ana have shown her endless love and patience, earning her trust and helping her feel safe. Now, two months later, she is enjoying her time at Guardian more and more. Seeing her smile in photos gives me peace of mind as I return to work.

I hope these amazing teachers receive the recognition they deserve. To all other parents who have the same concern as I did, you can 100% trust the educators leaving your children in their care. I also hope Guardian appreciates their dedication and takes care of such outstanding teachers.

GC&E Homebush has been an absolute gem for our family. A significant part of their success is Lilly, the centre managing director, whose leadership and personal commitment truly set this childcare centre apart. Lilly’s team and the young adventurers team is a blessing. At 2 years old, transferring him from a daycare he has been from 6mos old, was a worry, but Guardian’s team made it seamless and tear free. Our son was only anxious when we did the orientation but on day 1, it was so good, he loved being there and in weeks knew his teachers.

His room teachers have all been gentle, calm and so caring- this was a big difference we noted from our old daycare and this had a big effect on how he was, although he remains energetic he has been gentler after joining them.

As a parent, this is all you can ask for, is that you find a daycare where your child is happy and taken care of.

He thrived at this daycare and has made friends that we continue to see after moving.

We had a challenging experience with the new daycare that he went to. The educators from Guardian Homebush were so lovely that they even gave us some advice on how to handle it.

My children have been at Guardian Homebush for a couple of years now and I have been really happy with their care.

The activities led by Gurjit in the Early Leaners room have been engaging and fun. My 4 year old son is learning something new everyday and has made some great friends!

My 1 year old daughter in Tiny Explorers feels very safe and secure with the educators. There are a number of different staff I know she will happily go to in the morning making drop off much easier. Rebecca has also been setting up some great activities for the group and it has been nice seeing them so engaged.

My daughter has been attending the Centre for three years now and I have always had the best care and support from all the educators. The centre manager, Lilly is the most professional and she is fully committed to cater for every children’s individual needs. Lilly places the individual children’s wellbeing as her top priority and she is always available to have open discussions with parents with a smile. Lilly’s interactive and communication skills are excellent. Lilly is able to provide the most practical and sensible advice to help you overcome the most challenging times in parenting phrases.

I also show my special appreciation to Ravjit, Rossmery, Shamilla who have been most supportive to my child. They are totally dedicated to cater for children’s wellbeing and provide credible feedbacks which show that they are constantly observing my child.

Our toddler has been at Guardian for 3 months now and I cannot speak more highly about the staff. They have been very sensitive and responsive to his needs settling in, the communication has been wonderful and most importantly, I trust that they are looking after our child well. A special shout out to the centre manager as well - Lilly - who is a gem of a person. So friendly with the kids, happy to answer questions for new parents to the daycare system and always has time to say hello and have a small chat with us when we drop off / pick up. Our daughter settled in extremely well to Guardian's Homebush. Reasons outlined below:
The variety of daily activities including baking, gardening, arts and craft, soccer and sensory activities. These activities aren't repetitive. They are well thought out and engaging for our daughter and other children.
Uniform approach to breaking habits such as: no bottles, falling asleep without assistance, encouragment to eat a variety of foods, toilet training (2.5 - 3yr old room).
Sitting outside and sharing morning and afternoon tea together. Particularly, the educators sitting with the children and encouraging them to talk, sing and eat together making the whole experience fun.
It's very pleasing to see the educators taking the time to learn about our daughter and attending to her needs. We have seen a vast improvement in her breaking certain habits at home since she's been at Guardian's Homebush.

I love this place. My daughter started attend this centre from 1 year and half, she was struggling a bit with the new environment. The only reason I recommend Guardian Homebush is because of the special educators who make a real difference. I especially want to thank Jenny- her kindness and genuine love for the kids truly stood out. The centre has solid programs and good facilities that support learning and development well. Both of my kids attended this childcare facilities, and I have to say, teachers there are very helpful and supportive. They are amazing individuals, especially teacher Jenny , warm hearted, love kids and always enthusiastic , always.

The reason why I did not give full stars , is for the whole center admin management. Hope it can be better-managed in the future, because they really have a wonderful team of the teachers.

We know children and families like routine, so you will always receive a warm welcome each morning and an invitation to stay for breakfast. At the end of the day, a smooth transition is assured with your child’s belongings ready for you after a day that fulfils your child's interests and curiosity. In between, the day is filled with new and exciting experiences to engage young minds as part of their early childhood education. Morning

Breakfast time provides a great chance for you to share what is important and how your baby’s night at home was.

Mid-Morning

Your baby will enjoy engaging in both our indoor and outdoor nursery environments with planned experiences like songs and story time, followed by morning tea.

Middle of the Day

Your baby’s lunch times will suit their needs, and with our open-door policy, families are welcome to enjoy lunch/bottle time with your baby. When your baby is ready, they are gently settled for sleep and rest.

Mid-Afternoon

Our planned indoor and outdoor nursery experiences continue with the chance for movement, games and more books and songs, with an afternoon snack provided.

End of Day

What we do to keep children safe

Create Safe Spaces & Practices

  • Nappy change areas are designed to have visibility windows and are set up for maximum supervision
  • Our policies also cater for team members being in sight or sound of another team member at all times.
  • Safety embedded in daily programs – by conducting daily checklists, comprehensive risk assessments, and more
  • personal phones or devices are not allowed in learning spaces.

  • Working With Children Checks for all team members. Automatic alerts if a WWCC is revoked and team member not eligible for shifts
  • Rigorous reference checks – must provide previous line managers for their past roles

Our daily rates are all inclusive and have no additional charges for incursions / excursions or any of our learning programs. The rates shown are an estimate based on using Childcare Subsidy (CCS) subsidised hours. The CCS helps lower your out-of-pocket costs, with subsidy rates dependant on your individual family eligibility levels.

Preschool Program
Flying start to school

Our Flying Start to School preschool program is lead by degree qualified Teachers in a long day care setting. Our specialist two-year program is committed to supporting your child as they prepare for big school. We focus on nurturing their confidence, making friends and social emotional growth while also supporting their abilities in reading, writing, counting, and thinking skills. Whether it’s building with blocks, practicing their first letters, or learning to share with friends, every experience is carefully designed to support your child’s development.

Our Centre is a recipient of funding as part of the NSW Government’s Start Strong Program. Families can receive fee relief to reduce your out-of-pocket fees of up to $2174 per child aged 4 on or before 31 July 2025, and up to $515 per year for children aged 3 on or before 31 July 2025.
