This centre has felt like a true home for my children and me. I’ve had both my children here—from nursery all the way through to graduating preschool.
From the centre manager, to the wonderful chef, to all the amazing teachers, everyone makes you feel like you are part of something special. They take the time to get to know you, your children, and the important people in their lives. They have been there for my children and me from day one. They work so hard, day and night, to ensure our children receive the best education and have the best experience while they’re there.
These women deserve all the praise, respect, support, and success.
I will definitely be sending my future children here as well. Thank you to the wonderful team at Guardian Acacia Gardens (Rosa Street). You have no idea how much you have impacted my life and helped shape my children.

Leaving your most precious little human in the care of complete strangers is a very overwhelming and emotional thing that anyone has to do. But this centre goes way above and beyond to make sure that this experience is not only reassuring but comforting to know that your child is in the best hands.
My Grand baby has been enrolled in the Nursery space for nearly a year now and the bond and connection that he has made with the staff is so beautiful to see. My little man began his journey with a small medical condition that required some surgical procedures and a little aftercare. Amanda (Centre Manager) and the entire team went above and beyond to make sure that both my daughter and Grandson felt completely supported during this process and reassured that his time at the centre would not only be full of fun but he would also be safe and protected. Words can not express my gratitude and respect that l have for this team and the love, care and support we have received from the enrolment process and throughout his learning journey.
He comes home everyday with a new word or body movement that he is so proud to share with us and celebrate in the joy of how clever he is to learn such amazing skills.

This Childcare centre is the best one we have had the pleasure of enrolling our child in. The difference is worlds apart from other centres we have seen.
The amount of activities the kids get to do, and the benefits they receive from those activities really excel your children further and ready for Kindergarten.
The food is amazing, our child loves his "Hulk Pasta", and many more. The chef must work so hard to provide so many wonderful dishes on the menu that we get to see as well as preparing food for events such as Mothers Day, Father's Day, Easter and many others.
I would happily get my wife pregnant again, just so we can enrol them here to get that head start!

I cannot speak highly enough about my daughter’s childcare and the incredible educators who care for her every day. From the moment we first walked through the doors, we felt welcomed, supported, and reassured that we had found the right place.

Even after being there for 3.5 years, drop-offs are still hard—my daughter often gets upset and cries when I leave. But the way the educators handle those moments is truly amazing. They gently take her from me and always find new, creative ways to distract and comfort her. They make the transition easier not just for her, but for me as well. And within just a couple of minutes, she’s smiling and happy, ready to start her day.

Every educator in every room is warm, attentive, and genuinely passionate about what they do. They take the time to understand each child individually, helping them grow with confidence, kindness, and care. It’s so clear that they’re not just focused on education—they’re also deeply invested in the emotional wellbeing of every child.

This centre is such an important part of our village. The staff are warm, friendly and welcoming. I feel confident leaving my little one here knowing his days are filled with rich and interesting learning and play. The bonds my little one has built with the educators are very special. The food served is exceptional - they eat better than I do! The genuine care and excellent service provided means I can trust my little one is in great hands. Communication is always excellent which is so important when it comes to leaving your children in care. The outdoor play area has been recently upgraded and it's a wonderful space for the children. Highly recommend this centre to anyone looking for care for their child.

The staff are lovely and very supportive. The centre is clean and they provide a large variety of excellent activities and play experiences to grow and extend my son's learning and skills. Communication is excellent and we are invited to participate and can see what is happening via Storypark. My son always comes home happy.

My kids go here to preschool & nursery respectively.

The teachers across rooms at this centre care for kids so nicely even when the kids don’t belong to their room. Every teacher knows the name of every child at the childcare which is so nice.

Amanda, the centre manager is so switched on when it comes to ideas and so involved and collaborative when it comes to queries/ discussions from/ with parents. She replies to queries within the day.

My elder daughter started liking childcare and being independent thanks to teachers like Romi, Mercedes, Angela, Jacki & Nabina. She is a shy child and a tad bit reserved

After seeing my elder one’s progress I got my younger one enrolled in there as well this year

It’s a very happy and community oriented childcare and we are happy to be a part of Guardian (Acacia Gardens).

My son has been going there for just over a month now and I couldn’t be more happy with the centre and staff! The staff in the nursery room are super caring, kind and very knowledgeable! The supervisor of the centre Amanda has been so helpful and has made both my son and I feel welcome and at ease with the whole transition of attending the centre! The team are fantastic. I like the fact they know all the kids so well and they get to know the families too. I love that you guys do regular events where family members can see what they do, The communication between staff and families is fantastic. The centre is always clean and tidy and looks inviting for the kids. I like the fact that the kids get the opportunity to do messy play and I don't have to clean up afterwards.

As a new mother, one is always apprehensive about sending your baby to any Daycare Centre. My son has not only loved this place, but has thrived into a confident boy. 4 years of his life has been spent in this place, the best way a child should. Now my daughter has followed suit.

This is a wonderful facility where my three children have attended over several years.

The facilities are great , clean and fun, the educators are fantastic and well versed in early childhood.

All my children love attending the centre, the older two still want to continually visit see the great team.

It will be a sad day when we no longer share our children’s milestones with the great caring, fun, enthusiastic, engaging and energetic staff. They provide a lovely safe environment for children of all ages and well deserving of excellency in accreditation.

I may just need to have another child to continue such great relationships built over the years.

The team here have been nothing short of amazing. I was worried about my girl settling in, but they were totally responsive and on board.
They are happy to adjust and try new things as needed, with baby's preferences constantly growing and changing.
They are honest when you speak to them and will give you as much detail as you ask for.
Pretty sure she now "runs" the place and has everyone wrapped around her little finger 😂.

There is no other childcare that can be compared to this one! The combination of amazing learning environments and experiences, highly dedicated educators, outstanding centre manager and small community feel make this center one that I will forever be grateful for finding.

The team at Guardian Acacia Gardens are incredible. Always friendly and welcoming, they are caring and engaging with my kids. The Centre is always clean and calm when you walk in. The food is fresh and prepared daily with a menu that makes my mouth water! Communication is spot on, with the Director having found the perfect balance between hounding parents and informing us. My kids come home happy, content and with skills that still stun me (in a great way!) - they are really thriving at Guardian Acacia Gardens.

Amazing centre! Our daughter has only been going here for a short time but we have loved our time at Guardian! All of the staff are so friendly, warm, caring and professional. I have had two children attend this day care from nursery through to preschool. Every staff member has always made us feel at home and part of a family. There is a strong community bond within the centre. Everyone is friendly and accommodating to our families needs. My children have loved day care. The centre is always clean and entertaining. My children have had great care, education and meals while developing at this daycare. I highly recommend this long day care centre.

I have nothing but positive feedback for Guardian Childcare centre. From the moment I walked into this centre I knew it was going to be better than the rest and to date I believe this to be true.
Leaving your children with someone you don't know is a really hard decision however, I have grown to know and trust all the educators at Guardian and each and everyone is beyond amazing. They take the time to learn about the likes and dislikes of your child and they care about them like they are their own.
I believe the learning curriculum is superior than other centres. My children are always doing fun and interesting actives and they enjoy the time they spend at day-care.
Then their is Ms Charmaine that is an amazing cook.

My kids have been going here for the past 4 years and we've just finished in 2020.

I just want to say that Playdays (the name I'll always love) is the most caring, fun & welcoming day care you'll ever visit or attend.

Every staff member has looked after our kids with such love and care we'd never expected out of total strangers (not strangers anymore).

Management (Amanda) is outstanding and you can tell they look after not only the kids but staff members. Sharman (the cook), its fantastic and she's always playing with the kids well loved.

All staff members thank you for all the love and attention you've given our kids over the years. Mercedes, Emily, Amanda, Kelly, Elizabeth, Antoinette, Gemma, Lesley, Sunai, Katrina, and hopefully we didn't miss out any names =)

My daughter has attended for the last 4 years (since 8mths old) and my son attended the year previous so we have been part of their family for 5 years.
So many things to say about the wonderful educators at Guardian. The education and learning opportunities that the kids are presented with daily is outstanding as well as providing a beautifully clean and tidy environment for them. There is genuine care and love for our kids and all educators make an effort to get to know each of the children at the centre and support them. There is fantastic communication from Amanda and her staff about upcoming events and news to share. They really drive to engage parents into activities they are doing at daycare.
We truly appreciate everything Amanda and her team do fostering the minds of our future generation and providing quality care. Makes it easy to feel confident in trusting the care of our child to them.

Guardian Acacia Gardens is an absolutely amazing centre and I am so thankful every day that my children were lucky enough to get a spot there. I have a little girl in the nursery room and a boy in the pre school room. I can’t speak highly enough of how loving, caring and friendly all the educators are. They know my children as well as I do and each time I drop them off I know they’re going to have an amazing day.

The facilities and programs are outstanding and my children also love all the food they are provided with each day. It is so professionally run and the communication with families is brilliant 💗.

Since my daughter first started in care at 6 months old in 2014 I have had nothing but wonderful interactions with her educators and she still misses them and asks to go and see them often even though she is in year 1 at school now. My son also began attending at 6 months old and he loved all his educators right away and is now enjoying learning all his skills needed for school in the preschool room. Such a great centre and wonderful dedicated staff who many have been at the centre since my eldest started in the nursery room.

I only heard good things about Guardian Childcare (previously playdays) and was excited and nervous at the same time to enrol my daughter there.

My worries and anxiety about daycare for my then 1yo was quickly put to bed, when I met the new centre manager and nursery educators. They genuinely care for the kids and you can see the kids are happy.

I don't see any of the kids not wanting to be dropped off.

I would highly recommend Guardian Acacia Gardens if you are looking for a safe and nurturing childcare. It is amazing and is exceeding the national standards in all areas.

A fantastic Early learning Centre that both our children have attended over the last 4 years from nursery through to preschool rooms. We were initially drawn to the welcoming home like environment, lovely natured and supportive staff. The program has exceeded our expectations. They provide much more to us than simply a place to mind our children while we work. Our children have grown and thrived under their education and care. They have formed trusting bonds with their educators and valued relationships with their peers. Excellent communication, clean environment, interesting activities and nutritious as well as culturally diverse food on offer. We couldn't have asked for more. Guardian Acacia Gardens is a wonderful centre with caring, dedicated staff. Our daughter has attended there over the past 3.5 years and each room from Nursery to Preschool has been a positive and nurturing experience. I couldn't recommend this centre and the wonderful team of educators more!! The rooms are beautiful, fun and clean, and they have a great outdoor play area. We will miss them all very much!

My daughter has been at Guardian Acacia garden for couple of months now,we are so happy and thankful for the management to gave us the opportunity to be the part of this wonderful service. she has already managed to expand on her vocabulary dramatically. The positive influence all staff have on my daughter is just amazing and very impressive as I can now see changes in her attitude regarding sharing with others and simple things like listening and following instructions. Every educator has a very special bond and relationship with my daughter and I would like to thank all staff for nurturing and looking after her as though she was their own. I would like to especially thank all teacher's for making my daughter so comfortable.I recommend this place to all the parents if you are looking for a safe, fun and educational environment for your little ones, then Guardian Acacia garden is exactly the place for that.

Over the past 4 years I have been a parent of this centre as I have sent all 3 of my daughters to Play Days Acacia Gardens. Over this time I have had the pleasure of getting to know all of the staff in each room and have received nothing but impeccable care for my children as well as fantastic communication skills displayed to both my husband. The staff at Play days have always been so welcoming, warm and gentle that drop off's have never been issue and my daughters really love going to day care and enjoy their daily activities which have been planned for them. Rhythm of the Day

We know children and families like routine, so you will always receive a warm welcome each morning and an invitation to stay for breakfast. At the end of the day, a smooth transition is assured with your child’s belongings ready for you after a day that fulfils your child's interests and curiosity. In between, the day is filled with new and exciting experiences to engage young minds as part of their early childhood education. Here’s a glimpse of what a day of play-based learning at our childcare centre often looks like.

Morning

Breakfast time provides a great chance for you to share what is important and how your baby’s night at home was.

Mid-Morning

Your baby will enjoy engaging in both our indoor and outdoor nursery environments with planned experiences like songs and story time, followed by morning tea.

Middle of the Day

Your baby’s lunch times will suit their needs, and with our open-door policy, families are welcome to enjoy lunch/bottle time with your baby. When your baby is ready, they are gently settled for sleep and rest.

Mid-Afternoon

Our planned indoor and outdoor nursery experiences continue with the chance for movement, games and more books and songs, with an afternoon snack provided.

End of Day

The Nursery team are eager to share information about your baby’s day and their learning, preparing you and your baby for a smooth transition to your evening.

What we do to keep children safe

Create Safe Spaces & Practices

  • Nappy change areas are designed to have visibility windows and are set up for maximum supervision
  • Our policies also cater for team members being in sight or sound of another team member at all times.
  • Safety embedded in daily programs – by conducting daily checklists, comprehensive risk assessments, and more
  • personal phones or devices are not allowed in learning spaces.

Safe People Who Follow Safe Policies

  • Working With Children Checks for all team members. Automatic alerts if a WWCC is revoked and team member not eligible for shifts
  • Rigorous reference checks – must provide previous line managers for their past roles
  • Annual compulsory Suitability Declarations to confirm ongoing fitness to work with children
  • Mandatory reporting and speaking up – report concerns immediately and all concerns will be investigated fully
  • Ongoing mandatory training in child safety, including annual refreshers and leadership-specific modules

Controlling Access to our Centres

  • Multiple levels of security in all centres
  • All visitors must sign in and present photo ID before entry
  • All tradespeople must provide a WWCC & complete Guardian-specific induction.

Daily Rates

Our daily rates are all inclusive and have no additional charges for incursions / excursions or any of our learning programs. The rates shown are an estimate based on using Childcare Subsidy (CCS) subsidised hours. The CCS helps lower your out-of-pocket costs, with subsidy rates dependant on your individual family eligibility levels.

Great communication is vital in our collaborative partnerships with families at the Centre. We have a variety of different ways we communicate with you about your child’s learning and progress:


  1. Storypark app - Stay connected to your child's day with regular updates, including photos and learning insights

  2. Pick-up and drop-off updates – Our Educators will share highlights from their day, including experiences they enjoyed, mealtimes, and naps to support your evening routine.

  3. In-room learning exchange displays make our weekly learning plans easy to see so you know what your child will be learning.

Preschool Program
Flying start to school

Our Flying Start to School preschool program is lead by degree qualified Teachers in a long day care setting. Our specialist two-year program is committed to supporting your child as they prepare for big school. We focus on nurturing their confidence, making friends and social emotional growth while also supporting their abilities in reading, writing, counting, and thinking skills. Whether it’s building with blocks, practicing their first letters, or learning to share with friends, every experience is carefully designed to support your child’s development.

Our Centre is a recipient of funding as part of the NSW Government’s Start Strong Program.
