As an Assistant Centre Director, you’ll:
- Be part of a passionate team delivering best-practice early childhood programs
- Develop your leadership skills through mentoring, coaching, workshops, and career growth opportunities
- Collaborate with educators to share and implement innovative approaches to learning through exploration, discovery, and play
- Contribute to decisions about resourcing, the educational environment, and the ongoing success of the centre

What we’re looking for:
- Diploma in Children’s Services or Bachelor of Education (completed or in progress)
- Experience in a senior or leadership role in a long day-care centre
- Sound knowledge of the NQF and EYLF, with practical implementation experience
- Budget and financial accountability experience
- Current First Aid, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certificates, and a valid Working With Children Check
