About the Role
We’re hiring a Talent Acquisition Partner on a 12-month contract, based in VIC, to support recruitment across our centres.
This is a hands-on, high-volume role. You’ll manage end-to-end recruitment, juggle multiple priorities, and deliver against deadlines in a fast-moving environment.
You’ll need to be proactive, commercially minded, and comfortable building talent pipelines across both active and passive markets. Strong industry networks will set you up for success.
Experience in either agency or internal TA within the sector is preferred.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing end-to-end recruitment across multiple roles and locations
- Developing and executing sourcing strategies to meet business demand
- Partnering with stakeholders and providing clear recruitment advice
- Building and maintaining talent pipelines
- Delivering a consistent, efficient candidate experience
- Using recruitment tech to improve speed and quality of hire
What You’ll Bring
- Proven end-to-end recruitment experience (agency or internal)
- Ability to manage volume and competing priorities
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience designing sourcing strategies, not just posting ads
- Comfort using ATS systems (JobAdder experience preferred)
