About the Role:
- Full-time permanent position (38 hours per week, rotating shifts)
- Leading the Nursery or Toddler age group room (in a small centre)
- Previous leadership experience is highly regarded but not essential
What You’ll Bring
- Minimum completed Diploma in Children’s Services (or working towards)
- Australian Citizen, Permanent Residence or Partner Visa candidates required for this role
- Current VIC Working with Children Check (Employee)
- Practical knowledge of the NQF and EYLF (desirable)
- Ability to work full-time across rotating shifts
- A passion for building meaningful relationships with children, families and colleagues
Your Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor Educators within the room
- Develop and implement high-quality early learning programs aligned with the EYLF
- Create a safe, nurturing and engaging learning environment
- Foster strong partnerships with families
- Support continuous improvement and quality practices within the centre

To be considered, you will have:
- A minimum of completed Diploma in Children’s Services (or working towards a Diploma).
- Prior Leadership experience in long day-care (ideal but not necessary)
- Australian Citizen or PR
- Practical working knowledge and implementation of the NQF and the EYLF (desirable)
- Current WWCC employee card for VIC state
- Can work full time with rotating shifts
