What We’re Looking For

  • Strong communication and customer-service skills
  • Warm, friendly personality — great with adults and children
  • Ability to work independently and manage the full coffee service workflow
  • Attention to detail and commitment to a high-quality experience

Why You’ll Love Working With Us

  • A supportive, caring team environment
  • A role where you can make a real difference to families’ mornings
  • Predictable weekday hours — no weekends, no late nights

  • Work in a beautiful centre with a strong culture of encouragement and excellence
