We aim to make your Guardian centre Tour as easy as possible and provide all the reassurance you need to place your child in our care.
After you book your preferred date and time, at your preferred centre:
- You will receive a confirmation email re-stating that date and time, as well as the centre address.
- This email will contain any special information about parking and how to get into the centre if needed.
- It will also include the name of our Centre Manager.
- You will be provided with a link to the Guardian Booklet, which contains a host of information about our quality early learning and care offering.
- An SMS will also be sent at the same time, alerting you to the email, so you don’t miss getting the important information.
You will receive a reminder text 24 hours before your tour, and a final reminder on the day of the Tour, which will include a link to a Google map so you can easily find your way to us.
If at any time after you make the booking, you need to change the date, or if you are unwell on the day, just phone 13 82 30 and we will find a new date for you to Tour.
