Serves 4-6

Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen or fresh mango
  • 2 cups milk of your choice
  • 1 cup coconut cream
  • 3 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 1 punnet blueberries
  • Maple syrup (optional)

Instructions

    1. In a blender, combine the mango, coconut cream, and milk. Blend until smooth.
    2. Add the chia seeds to the blender and blend for a few seconds to mix them in.
    3. Transfer the mixture to an airtight container and refrigerate overnight.
    4. Before serving, top with blueberries and drizzle with maple syrup if desired.
