Excitement is in the air as we gear up for the 2025 Aspires Awards, set to make a bigger impact than ever before.
At Guardian, we are always inspired by the incredible dedication of our early childhood educators who play such an important role in shaping young minds and fostering a love for lifelong learning. Their passion and commitment deserves recognition, and with the Aspires Awards, we do just that – celebrating those at Guardian whose achievements, efforts and impacts really stand out.
This year, we are amplifying our recognition by expanding our geographical regions. The Aspires Awards 2025 will honour extraordinary achievements from centres and team members across Victoria, South Australia, New South Wales/ACT, and Queensland. This expansion reflects our commitment to acknowledging the diverse contributions that make Guardian an exceptional place.
But that’s not all. Our brand-new ‘Aspires Thrive Awards’ category introduces seven new awards to applaud those leading the charge in creating incredible environments and inspiring others to follow. Each award is based on a module from our Thrive leadership framework.
The changes to our Aspires Awards reflect the need for more remarkable teams to receive the celebration they deserve.
Our Aspires Stars and Aspires People categories continue to showcase incredible talent with awards like:

- Aspires Innovator
- Lead Educator/Teacher of the Year
- Chef/Cook of the Year
- Student of the Year
Our Aspires Awards will take place across different states in August. By recognising both teamwork and individual achievements, the Aspires Awards demonstrate our appreciation for those who display our Guardian Mindsets each day – brave, professional, positive and thoughtful.
