Your child's second home

Choosing childcare is one of the biggest decisions you’ll make and the team at Guardian Rouse Hill North is ready to support and reassure you. With just 48 places, this is a small centre where long-standing educators know every child by name. A natural backyard opens straight onto the park next door, and regular walks to the local school and village shops make the whole neighbourhood part of your child’s world.

Come and meet our Centre Manager Michelle and the team. You’ll feel the difference.

What I love most here is our community. The connections we've built with families and their children are genuinely special, and they're the heart of everything. My approach is simple. I'm kind, thoughtful and always listening, ready with support or advice whenever a family needs it. Outside work, I'm big on health and fitness, and my happy places are a campsite or the beach. I was a school and sports captain, so a bit of that has stuck.

What your child's day looks like here

Every day has a gentle rhythm, offering the security of routine with the excitement of discovery.

A typical day at our centre

Arrival & welcome

Each child is greeted by name and settled into the day at their own pace — a familiar face, a warm welcome, and time to ease in.

Morning learning & play

Play-based learning guided by each child's interests and stage — from sensory exploration for our youngest to intentional, project-based learning for our oldest.

Outdoor discovery

Fresh air and active play in our safe outdoor spaces, where children build confidence, take safe risks, and connect with nature.

Meals & rest

Nutritious chef-prepared meals shared together, followed by rest or quiet time. We always respect each child's individual sleep and settling routines.

Afternoon & updates

More play, creative projects, and afternoon tea — plus photo updates through the day so you always feel connected to how they're going.

We know starting childcare is a big step

We know starting childcare is a big step

Starting somewhere new is a big step, for your child and for you. Here's how we make it easier for both of you.

Orientation visit Before your child's first day, you'll both visit the centre together. Your child gets to explore the room, meet their educators, and start getting familiar while you're right there.

Shorter first days We start with shorter sessions and gradually build up. There's no pressure to rush. Every child settles at their own pace.

A dedicated primary educator Your child is paired with one educator who becomes their go-to person: for comfort, for play, and for those wobbly moments at drop-off.

Photo updates when you need them If your child has a tough morning, their educator will send you a photo once they've settled. You'll see the smile yourself.

What families say about us

Matias Martinez F. ★★★★★
Absolute peace of mind! Choosing Guardian Rouse Hill North has been the best decision for our family. All the Educators genuinely care about the children and make drop-offs completely stress-free, communication is seamless, and their focus on child safety and nutrition gives us complete confidence. My daughter loves the outdoor playground and the preschool program. Well done ladies. Ten stars!

TA C. ★★★★★
Our child has been at this centre for almost a year. For parents without immediate family around, every educator and staff there has been our village. We have absolutely nothing but the best things to say about them. Our child speaks about 200 words, at least 20 of them being the names of his favourite (that's all of them) teachers and friends! We have been reluctant to leave a google review for selfish reasons (wanting to keep this gem to ourselves) but today we absolutely had to. We had some c…
