Playdays Preschool & Day Care Centre – Kellyville

Every day is an opportunity for discovery and growth at Playdays Preschool & Long Day Care Centre – Kellyville. With a range of exciting, resource-rich environments – including two natural outdoor yards – children are encouraged to explore and learn. The spacious centre also has a creek bed, a water pump, mud pits, vegetable gardens, guinea pigs and a range of age-specific ateliers.

Children get out and about on regular excursions, so we have a great connection with the surrounding community. We visit locations such as local library, duck pond, Rouse Hill town centre, and the primary school next door.

With a community-minded team of Educators who have been with the centre for a long time, we are proud to have a culturally diverse team and celebrate a variety of cultures and holidays including Holli and Chinese New Year.

Our on-site cook prepares five nutritionally balanced meals using seasonal ingredients every day. To further explore food at the centre, our dedicated Educators at Playdays Kellyville host cooking classes for the children to get involved in to enhance their understanding of good nutrition.

Helpful Information

Learn More About Our Centre

Playdays Preschool & Long Day Care Centre – Kellyville is warm and welcoming, with large open playgrounds that cater for all age groups.

Our educators go out of their way to build strong relationships with each and every child to ensure they feel a sense of belonging, and we work in partnership with families to provide appropriate and meaningful learning experiences. Children have the opportunity to develop a lifelong interest in learning, and skills that will stay with them beyond their schooling years.

We like to foster an appreciation for nature, so we teach the children how to treasure and care for the natural environment around them. We embed practices into our daily interactions and routines and also promote well-being through involving our children with the care of our guinea pigs and fish.

The children also enjoy visits from their own families, who can share special interests and talents like cooking, sports and gardening, or even talking about their interesting family pets! They enjoy working on projects individually or in small groups, and expressing themselves creatively through art, music and dramatic play.

We offer separate menus for infants and toddlers, with an experienced cook on site who caters for allergies and different preferences. Our nutritious meals include fresh, seasonal ingredients, and are able to tempt even the fussiest of eaters!

New families are encouraged to take a tour of the centre and participate in our orientation program. Once in our care, we will keep you informed on your child’s progress every step of the way.
