Mindset Month: Celebrating our Values
Across each of our Centres, we are celebrating ‘Mindset Month’. We have dedicated this month to showcasing the ways our amazing childcare Centres ‘live’ our four Guardian mindsets: Thoughtful, Positive, Brave and Professional.
We kicked off the first week with a focus on being ‘Thoughtful’ – a mindset we believe it’s important to ‘live’ each day to ensure that we are building strong, supportive teams across all our Centres.
Team members have been enjoying themed activities including weekly Spotify playlists, fortune cookies, spinning wheel games and awesome competitions – because we love having fun too!
At Guardian, we have a strong focus on making our high quality early learning centres a place people love to be. We work to achieve positive team cultures across each of our childcare Centres. We believe that Centres with great cultures have stable teams who feel valued, supported, and loved. This means they are better at building relationships with children, families, and each other which leads to higher quality education and care. The result is more settled children, happier families and satisfied teams who are passionate about their roles in childcare.
Mindset Month has been such a great way to bring our teams together, to inspire, acknowledge and recognise how our values are brought to life each day.
