Terms and Conditions

  1. Promoter

This competition is run by Guardian Early Learning Group Pty Ltd and its related entities, trading as Guardian Childcare & Education (Guardian). Contact number: 13 8230. Email: [email protected].

  1. Eligibility

To enter, participants must, during the promotion period:

  • Be Australian residents aged 18 years or older;
  • Follow @guardian_education on Instagram;
  • Like the competition post; and
  • Tag at least one person in the comments of the competition post. Each tag counts as one entry.

Employees of Guardian and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

  1. Promotion Period

The competition begins at 7:00 AM AEST on 6th May 2026 and ends at 11:59 PM AEST on 11th May 2026.

Entries received outside this period will not be considered.

  1. Prize Details

One (1) winner will receive a $500 Prezzee Entertainment Smart eGift Card.

The Prezzee Entertainment Smart eGift Card allows the recipient to exchange the value for one or more participating retailer gift cards, including entertainment, streaming, and leisure experiences.

The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

If the gift voucher is unavailable, Guardian may substitute it for a reasonably equivalent gift card for the same value at its discretion.

  1. Game of Chance

This is a game of chance. The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries.

  1. Draw Details

The draw will take place at 12:00 PM AEST on 12th May 2026 by using an independent random comment picker tool (e.g. Wask Instagram Comment Picker).

The winner will be notified via Instagram direct message within 48 hours of the draw.

If the winner does not respond within 72 hours, a new winner may be drawn.

  1. Gift Voucher

The prize will be delivered electronically via email as a Prezzee Entertainment Smart eGift Card.

The use of the gift voucher is subject to Prezzee’s terms and conditions and the terms of participating retailers.

Guardian is in no way affiliated with Prezzee or participating retailers and accepts no responsibility for the use of the gift card once delivered.

Guardian accepts no responsibility or liability if the gift voucher is lost or stolen once delivered.

  1. Privacy

Personal information collected during this competition will be handled in accordance with Guardian’s Privacy Policy, available at www.guardian.edu.au/privacy-policy.

By entering, participants consent to:

  • the use of their Instagram handle for winner announcements; and
  • the collection, storage and use of their personal information for the purpose of conducting this competition in accordance with Guardian’s Privacy Policy.

This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram.

The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or does not comply with these Terms and Conditions.

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales and participants submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of New South Wales.
