What qualifications are needed to become an Early Childhood Educator with Guardian?

To be an Early Childhood Educator with us, you generally need a Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care. It’s important to have a current Working with Children Check (WWCC) and many states and territories require educators to hold a current First Aid certification, including training in CPR and anaphylaxis management.
