- Business and Financial management: Manage the business side of the centre, including financial operations and budgeting, while ensuring high standards are met.
- Ensure regulatory compliance: Ensure that all operations meet or exceed National Quality Standards and relevant government requirements.
- Lead by example: Implement our world-class curriculum, showing a lifelong love of learning that inspires your team and the children in your care.
